The employees had a very rude demeanor and seemed inconvenienced when a customer walked in. I will not be giving this store my business.

I wish I could give this store a zero star rating. I recently had to ship an expensive book. The clerk was very rude when I asked if I could use a pencil to erase a small mark in the front cover. She immediately said they didn’t have any pencils and seemed put out when I asked if I could use the one in the jar on the counter. After giving her my information, I asked if she could bubble wrap the book before packing it, as I was concerned about it being damaged in the mail. The entire encounter left me uneasy, so I returned to the counter and, after apologizing profusely, asked if I could see how she packed it before sealing up the box. I realized that was probably an annoying request, so again, I mentioned it was probably stupid, but that it would make me feel better. The two other clerks(one seemed like the manager?) both literally rolled their eyes at me before one said snidely that they’re «certified packing specialists.» I was honestly so stunned by their rudeness that I didn’t even know how to respond. After ensuring my package had been sealed up, I got out of there as quickly as possible and WILLNOT be returning in the future.

Went to this location this morning from out of time after reading the two previous reviews. I am not sure why the poor reviews except persons expectations. I waited in line while they helped a young women with her USPS problem offering great suggestions to save her money and advice. I was sending a package and it was professional, quick, easy and thorough.

I regularly ship items via UPS and I usually use another location. But I will NEVEREVER return to this location. I needed to tape 3UPS labels to 3 small boxes I was shipping. They actually charged me $ 1 per box for TAPE! Yes, for using their tape dispenser to tape my label to the box. When I questioned the charge I was told they have to buy tape just like I would at home. No, that is a normal expense your business incurs because they ship stuff all day and use tape. Unbelievable! I’ve never heard of this level of cheapness before. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else where you won’t be itemized for every move you make while in that place.

Very poor customer service, I asked for help tracking down a package and I had to ask one of the employees to elaborate on each question I asked. After leaving the store, I proceeded to call the customer service number on UPS’ website and the representative was able to help me find my package and explained why I could not locate the package. I was disappointed with the store’s demeanor, I won’t be giving them my business any more.
