For all those foodies out there… this place stole my heart! We ordered almost everything on the menu. Loved every bit of it all and went back the following day for more! It is that awesome! The employees are genuine and will guide you through the menu of what are their favorites. I wish I knew about this place sooner! It is another one of those hidden neighborhood gems that you can’t help but want everyone to know about!!! This will be one of our weekly dining spots from now on for sure!

Fantastic little pub. The fish and chips are the best in town. The Guinness gravy fries are awesome, and the corned beef fritters are off the chain. We’ve also had the ruben, which is a great sandwich as well. Happy Hour prices are very reasonable.

McCann’s was recommended to us by a friend who is from Ireland. We figured we couldn’t go wrong if it was recommended by a real Irishman. He was right, and we were not disappointed. I enjoyed the chips with curry gravy for an appetizer and the bangers and mash for my dinner. The bangers and mash took me back to my vacation in the UK — very authentic. There is plenty to choose from at the bar, but I went with the Mangers. Looking forward to going back.

A hidden jewel that is definitely worth trying! McCann’s is a genuine Irish pub with authentic Irish cuisine. My husband and I shared an order of fries with curry sauce for an appetizer. For dinner we enjoyed bangers and mash and shepherd’s pie. Both entrees were delicious. Of course, we also enjoyed Magners beer that was on tap. My only regret is not ordering the homemade Bailey’s Irish cheesecake to go. We were too full for dessert, but after we got home, I was wishing we had gotten it to go. :-) Eric was our sever and did a great job at keeping up with us. We also got to have a friendly chat with the owners, Ciara and Gianni. We have already recommended the pub to friends, and we will most definitely be back ourselves!!!

Wow! What a great find! We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. Very welcoming place and very comfortable too. In addition to the normal tables and booths, there was a sofa and love-seat in one corner making it a pretty cozy place to hang out with friends. About a dozen or so beers on tap and a full bar. A nice menu with a good variety of food items. My wife had the sliders and I opted for the fish and chips. It was a wonderful piece of fish that was nicely done. The fires could have used another minute or 2 in the fryer but were good. They have weekly trivia and live entertainment about 3 times a week. There a number of TVs around for sporting events. We’ll be back!

Someone else wrote about yet another bar in this location and I had the same reservations as they are seemingly on a six month rotation. You STILL have to run the gauntlet of smokers to get to the front door, which is the first turn off. Take a chance and get rid of the smoking section! I bet you’ll get more of the neighborhood people. When ordering a fine Irish whiskey it was served in a shot glass. Was hoping for something worth walking to at the head of the ‘hood. I’ll give it another try, but it didn’t make a great first impression. Gets three stars because I think they are making a decent attempt and it may improve.

Not gonna lie… When I saw this spot had regurgitated yet another restaurant I wasn’t super excited to go see this version. However, a deluge of rain and mass flooding coupled with cabin fever resulted in an outing to our newest Irish Pub. I found the décor to be more fitting than the previous joint. The Irish tunes blasting over the stereo were adequate. I ordered the Scotch Eggs and Corned beef sliders and the wifey the Turkey Ruben. All three proved to be on point! I look forward to making this a regular stop.

My mom and I were out shopping when we saw a sign in front of «Next to New» telling customers to try their new neighbor! We ended up walking down and ate at the pub. We were not disappointed! I got the turkey club which was amazing and it came with a side of fresh and still hot homemade potato chips which were even more amazing! My mom got the fish and chips and the batter on the fish was the best fried batter I have ever had!

Chips & curry sauce… Fab, Scotch Eggs, Fish Sandwich. All great. We sat at the bar & chatted with Ciara the owner from Armagh. What a great place. Very authentic. Great selection of Irish Whiskey & Guinness, Harp, Magners & Smithwicks on tap. Loved it. Lots of TVs & they open early for the Football in Saturday’s at 0700!

What a great place. The service is great and the food is very yummy. We had the scotch eggs, corn beef balls and the cheese cake. Everything was very tasty! I liked it all but loved the corn beef balls the best! Had the Smithwicks beer… really good I will totally come back!

Hey there snobbish daytime bartender. I just wanted a drink and a shot… possibly another round after that and then, I tend to tip well. Your body language spoke volumes as did your fascination with the liquor reps(which by the way, WILL keep coming around). Piss poor was your service. I think that i heard someone say that you are part owner. You should know better. I have owned, cooked at and bartended both of my restaurants. It’s tough, long hours, eventful and rewarding. But… little girl, the most basic premise of customer service is to actually interact with the customer

So happy to have an Irish Pub close to my house and McCann’s does not disappoint. So far they have only been open for a week, so the word hasn’t quite got out yet about how good this place is. I encourage everyone to give it a try. Stopped by here yesterday for the first time, after hearing about their opening via word of mouth. I went in and immediately felt at home. McCann’s features a great selection of beers; including my favorite Smithwick’s on tap. For lunch I tried their Sheppard’s Pie and it was great; a perfectly cooked sheppard’s pie and side salad. Service here did not disappoint. However it was slow, but the lively Irish music playing in the background and the staff’s conversation with the guests was enough to light up the room. So looking forward into going back and trying some other Irish dishes on the menu like the Bangers & Mash. And more so once they start serving brunch, I’ll be there every weekend. So head out and support your local Irish pub.

Great place to go with a group of friends. Food was delicious & drinks were cold. My only complaint was the live band ended early for a Saturday night.
