Zero stars would be better. I’m in town on business and broke the heel tip off my new shoes. I stopped in for assistance and the woman just waved her hand as if she was shooing me out the door and said No we’re eating lunch.
Customer service is dead in this establishment.

This place deserves zero stars! I can’t believe how rude the lady is. She would not look at me and continued to mend a garment she was working on. While looking down, in a low tone she barely uttered, «that be $ 25» when I asked her how much it would cost to repair my boots. The lady didn’t even bother to inspect them before yelling out the cost to repair them. I just stood there waiting on her to say something else, but she kept on doing what she was doing. I then asked her if she said $ 25. With an annoyed expression, she glanced up and said, «yeah». Well, Mac’s Shoe Repair will not be getting my business. I was simply flabbergasted by such poor customer service and walked out of that place. I will throw those boots in the trash before giving them my money!

Very rude! I do not feelthat paying for a service before that service has been completed is a reasonable policy. I, kindly, offered half payment and was pointed toward the door. Go somewhere else this business isn’t interested in your business!
