Loosing a pet is one of the hardest things people have to go through. At least it was for me. Michelle at eternal life was extremely helpful and nice. There were no prices on their website but I emailed them for pricing and within a ½ an hour i had a response. Their office normally closes at 4:30 but when I called them at 5:30 in the evening, after leaving my vet’s office, Michelle was still in the office and indicated that she would be there until 6:30 and we could still bring our pet in. She was very sympathetic and offered to give us time alone with our pet before leaving. She never rushed us or tried to up sell us on their other options(they also offer urns and other containers for your pet). She even offered advice on how to handle the loss with our other dog. As promised on the website, within 24 hours our pet was ready to be picked up. When i did pick up my pet she remembered me and even asked how our other dog was handling the loss. I felt their prices were reasonable but didn’t have time to do a lot of comparison shopping. I would definitely recommend Eternal Life to anyone looking to cremate their beloved pet.
