Country Place Apartments

I have lived here now for just over 4 months. I live in a one bedroom apartment on the second floor and I love it here!
Pros:
— pets are welcome, and no weight limit on dogs (big deal for me since my dog is over 80lbs) you do have to pay pet rent $ 25/​month, but thats pretty normal for apartments
— pool
— free movie rentals
— huge spacious 1 bedroom apartments
— patio/​balcony on every apartment
— appliences that actually work
— says nice and quiet because they have a 3 strikes and your our look on life (so if you have 3 noise complaints your evicted)
— great staff, i love going in the office
— closet space galore, i have a closet just for dog food and the vacuum, a coat closet, and a linen closet, not to mention a walk in closet in the bedroom i could fit a twin size bed in!
Cons:
— not a single utility is included in rent
— you can pay rent online but only if you want to pay an extra $ 25 (though it is free if you get it automatically deducted)
— maintenance is pretty slow going unless its an emergency. it took over 3 weeks for a few little things to get done
— a bit over priced considering no utilities are included. i pay around 680/​month but changes due to water usage
