The jump castle was a hit at my son’s 5th birthday party however the service was not. They were an hour and a half late picking up their equipment and no one attempted to contact me to let me know if/​when they were coming I had to call several times to get a hold of anyone. There are several other jump castle vendors in the area which I will probably use next time.

I use Charleston Jump Castles multiple times per year. What a great value! We always rent the sports arena. It’s huge and I’ve never seen another one like it. They make it extremely convenient and affordable. Great customer service. Easy drop off and pick up. Would recommend them to anyone!
