We don’t feel comfortable labeling this business with a star but we wouldn’t be honest people if our experience and observation wasn’t noted; ordered online, properly went through the process, checked out with our credit card and received our order number and confirmation note thanking is for our order. We called the next morning for peace of mind. We were told: there was no record of our order. We gave our order confirmation number and was told the confirmation number was meaningless. Here what we were told: «that number is for you not us, why didn’t you just call us?». We endured and explained it was for our dear friends funeral. Here’s what we were told: «I can’t do nothing the truck has already gone for the day.» When we enquired about the moneys (credit card), here’s what we were told: «since you have the confirmation number, you might get charged in couple days.» –no other words. SO, please do yourself a favor and call them next time you need flowers. Do Not Order Online.

For all you florist out there be very weary on accepting orders from this shop! I filled a $ 60.00 order with 3 lg hydrangea blooms, roses, Peruvian lilys, etc. Large arrangement stood about 2ft tall. traditional full and very fresh. we receive flowers every Saturday morning. Without any explaination not even a phone call! They sent a price change 14 days later to $ 30.00! I will not be accepting anymore orders from this florist! We take a lot of pride in our work and go above and beyond for fellow florist and filling orders. I do not let anything leave our shop unless fresh, full and to customers spec. We are the shop that always adds extra to our arrangements. My flowers come straight from the grower, no middle man, no shipping and handling, so I can afford to give xtra and I always do.

Would not recommend! Not happy with service or product, overall a miserable experience!

Was looking for something for my wife just as an out of the blue surprise. The lady who answered the phone was so awesome I decided to write a review. The flowers smell terrific and it looks amazing! I can’t really comment on the price because flowers of any kind are not cheap but totally worth it to make a smile or brighten someone’s day! Thanks! I’ll be using y’all from now on :)

Phone number is not working… are you still in business or did your number change?

DO NOT use this florist! I should have known not to use them when I walked in to order to prom flowers and the ladies didn’t even acknowledge me. When one of them finally did come over, she insulted me by «assuming» that the flowers were too expensive for what I wanted. (that’s the impression I got) After clearing that up, she was right… the flowers were too expensive for what I received! I receive 2 old flowers that fell apart as soon as they were put on her wrist. Customer Service is horrible and so is their product.
