Wow! I wish I remembered the clerk’s name because she was fantastic! I needed a battery for my car remote. She had it switched out and then let me go out and test it to make sure it worked. Very professional and concerned for the customer.
I was happy to see they also replace iPhone batteries. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

My wife just visited the Batteries Plus, which is now located on the corner of Hwy. 11 and Oakes Rd. She was so put out by the rude, arrogant and condescending sales person there that she left and vows never to return. One basic old style flashlight bulb was $ 5.
My experience is that their prices are high and only worth it if you can’t get it anywhere else or must have it now.
