Target Stores

This is one of two Targets which are close to my home– it is by far the better of the two. It is clean, well organized, and has an attentive management. The employees range from mediocre to excellent-​I have not had a bad experience with any. Sometimes, especially when high schools and colleges are in session, they can be a little bit understaffed and it will be hard to find an employee in areas that you need. The management seems to be particularly attentive to keeping the checkout aisles moving smoothly.
My only complaint is about the merchandise that they carry. Much of it is subpar. Often the selection is small. They have been a good job creating a large number of departments, but have sacrificed the size of those departments accordingly. My other merchandising complaint is that they seem to always be several months ahead of whichever season you’re in. I feel like it is hard to buy winter coats in the winter and bathing suits in the summer, because they are already selling spring and autumn clothes respectively. This can make shopping there somewhat frustrating if you are not buying ahead of time or are the victim of circumstances and need something that you will be using the same day.

Epic fail on their price scanning! Purchased Tide Pods on sale for $ 14.99 and the scanner showed Tide but when I get home, the receipt shows Tide Liq for $ 17.97 — WTF? Damn, gotta look at the receipt again while in the store? Really?! At least I was able to get customer service to price match an expensive piece of electronics that was advertised only for $ 20 cheaper than the store price.
Last time I purchased anything at Target was last December, right before my Visa card was hacked…

This is a very safe target location in a great shopping center. The store itself has a great selection and a small grocery that is convenient. It is also located next to Wegmans and carries certain things they do not. Certain parts of the store are not kept very organized, such as the shoe and bag area. I mainly go there for their kitchen section which is always organized and generally fully stocked.

This Target is in a very safe and well lit location. It’s very clean and the staff has been very helpful and pleasant every time I had questions. They also have a Pizza Hut & Starbucks at this location as well as a mini grocery store inside. I don’t quite get the Starbucks and grocery section since there is a Wegmans next door and a Starbucks across the street in walking distance but so be it.
I really hate going to Wally World (aka Walmart) but this Target does lack a lot of inventory as compared to a Walmart. I try to avoid Walmart at all cost. While Target has improved there image and customer service, Walmart has gotten just as dumpy as a Kmart.

I went in to this Target today and had a less than mediocre experience. The parking lot was littered with shopping carts. I had to back out of three different parking spaces because carts were there. Sure, this is the mark of irresponsible/​lazy shoppers, but staff from the store should be out there monitoring the carts.
I noticed that there seemed to be more aisles in the store for some reason. Suddenly my cart didn’t fit down every aisle. Shoppers got annoyed with me (and each other) because two carts could not pass each other in some of the aisles.
Finally, I went to check out and noticed there were not enough lanes open. The cashier was friendly enough, but that was the only good thing about my experience there today.
Sounds like they are understaffed.

I love target! I go there all the time ! The only problem I have with this place is for some reason every time I go to try on clothes all the girls who work in the dressing room there are very rude and don’t even say hello! That’s the only negative thing I have to say about this place!

I do love my Target. This one in particular, always very neat & orderly. I also changed my pharmacy to them as well. Since I’m there anyway, might as well. Very friendly, convenient hours. Love their new produce & meat are. kinda like small grocery store. So one-​stop shopping. Quality, prices are always good!
