Luggage Ahead

I am not inspired to write often but this place deserves it!
I am only mid way through my experience so this review is a bit premature. Thus far, however, I have found the customer service to be amazing. Even if things don’t work out perfectly going forward, if they continue with this service, I will still be impressed.
has been the person helping me, and he has made this move an easy transition. They are shipping my luggage across the country, and Augi has been available every time I call — including after hours and on a holiday — and has provided me with great advice while never trying to upsell me.
Thanks Sven at Sven moving in Brooklyn for recommending this company! I found Sven on Unilocal,and though he couldn’t ship individual pieces of luggage, he gave me this info. Good recommendation!
