Charged me $ 100 co-pay ahead of time for mammo. and US. I ended up not getting US as it was not needed, and I told them that I’m 100% covered for mammogram per my insurance. Until now, they haven’t refunded my co-pay. They’re too quick to take my co-pay, but very slow to give it back! I will not go here again!!!

I was directed by my doctor to get an MRI done — I chose Larchmont as it is very convenient for me — they were accepting evening appointments and that is very important to me as I work days– they were able to get me in quickly. I am a little claustrophobic but the tech calmed my nerves and explained exactly what would be happening even the sounds I should expect to hear– It was a breeze and I was in and out in no time– I was given my copy of the x ray on the disk immediately to take with me — I do ask A LOT of questions and they were happy to explain all the questions I had– it was a very good experience and will go again — should the need arise.

If you are pregnant do not use this company. I went to the Medford office for an ultrasound and the staff was cold and cruel. The tech did not say anything to me the entire time and would not acknowledge any questions. She would not let me see the screen when she did the ultrasound and wouldn’t even give me a picture. This is my first baby and I left sobbing and crying. They took 3 days to send the results to my doctor and having had two previous miscarriages I was a wreck the entire time for no reason other than them being awful. Virtua Memorial hospital uses Larchmont for their emergency room scans and I was there after a work injury around 11 weeks into my pregnancy and I will never let another tech from Larchmont ever touch me again. The tech was rude, wouldn’t let me see anything or talk to me or let my husband in the room and she pushed the u/s wand so hard on my abdomen that I was crying and asked her to stop because it hurt and she ignored me. I had to get up and leave. My nurse filed a complaint after they saw and overheard me crying to my husband about it. Pregnant women are emotional and this is supposed to be an exciting time and this company makes a wonderful experience into an emotional episode. It’s wrong and if you have no compassion you shouldn’t be an ultrasound tech. Nobody from Larchmont is ever touching me again. Emergency or not.

This facility performed an a follow-up breast imaging procedure to one completed a few days early at another office. While the office was busy with patients the office staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. I was seen promptly. The procedure was completed, read and a follow-u procedure was necessary. This was completed in a reasonably short time. The physician reviewed the film and explained the reading to me. Relative to other imaging offices, this office is patient friendly, was very thorough procedure and the wait time far less than other facilities. I’ve had all of my radiology work done with this group for the past 10 years and drive an hour to get there– well worth it.

The worst ultrasound place ever. The ladies were very unprofessional. Rushed in and out and was not given any information on the baby when it was the ANATOMY scan. The family was not allowed in and had to go alone when my husband just left for deployment worst experience ever. They could not even tell the sex so now I will have to pay a place. They were also yelling people’s medical information down the Hall so much for hippa law

I had to go here once to get an MRI on my back, and because of work, I had to schedule it for 9PM. I got there, all ready to go, and the place was dark, so I had to come in through some shady side entrance. They had me change into the gown, then asked me if I’d ever worked with metal; using a grinder, welding, etc. I told them that yes, I had, but that I always wore safety goggles. They then told me that I had to come back for X-rays of my eyes, to make sure that I didn’t have any metal shavings embedded in them that could be pulled out of my eyes. I then had to get the referral for the X-rays, schedule them, have them taken, then reschedule the MRI. My issue isn’t with the MRI techs, as they were just doing their job, and I appreciate not having metal ripping through my retinas. My issue is that this ALL could have been avoided, if the damn receptionist that took my appointment had just asked this one little question and gone from there. They should be trained to ask for information like this!
