Way too much money for the size. Thai bowl for $ 9.49 was all rice and small amount of tofu and 4 bites of cauliflower. What a rip off. in the same little strip is a REAL restaurant with great food, low prices and table service.

It’s kind of dirty and dated compared to say a Panera Bread. The lamp shades where you order block the menu and weren’t very appealing. Everyone is really nice but the guy in front of me ordered and said his food was cold, which was comped but still. These guys need to step their game up compared to other Cosi places where I’ve eaten.

I came by on New Years Day, mostly stopping here because my first and second choice were closed. I tried a pesto chicken melt(chicken with pesto sauce, melted mozzarella, sun-dried tomato spread). Overall the taste of the sandwich was not bad, but I am not a big fan of their«signature» flatbread. This sandwich could have been better with some better bread, but the inside was pretty good. A lot of times, pesto sauce on a sandwich place is pretty bland, but this one had some flavor to it. The dining area looked run down and messy. Service was surprisingly slow when there were only a couple people in line.

Loved it! Healthy, flavorful, & fast food done right! What more do you need?! Pleasant staff? They’ve got that too! I decided on a bowl, skipped the rice and opted for tons more lettuce! Brazilian spicy aji Amarillo marinated steak, hold the chips with a side of carrots, please… to be more specific. Was that all?! That was enough! I had leftovers…

This restaurant will probably close. I can’t see how this can be profitable. With all the great restaurants and cafes in the area, this Cosi’s is a big disappointment. The menu is limited, expensive, and there is nothing exceptional about any of their food. Average taste, average portion sizes, friendly but not exceptional service. Spent $ 10 for a chicken tbm sandwich, a very uninspiring, bland, ordinary sandwich, made with flatbread, not even real bread. I could’ve eaten better at a Panera’s for the same price(and I’m not even a fan of Panera’s), or, just made a sandwich at home. A berry lemonade with agave was about $ 3 for a glass mostly packed with ice cubes, and very little lemonade. What a rip off! I will never go back to Cosi’s again.

I just spent $ 8.50 for a full size chicken pesto sandwich. It was half the size of what I expected. Still feeling hungry even after having the bag of mini carrots they gave me.

I just had a cold«melt» and was disappointed that half the melt had cold mozzarella and cold tomatoes between bites. And they do not offer a place to recycle their glass bottles. Come on!

I wish I took a picture of the Adobe chicken bowl with avocado, I received yesterday. Unfortunately it looked nothing like the picture of the first one I loved so much. It was mainly rice, not much chicken or veggies. At least I won’t be craving it anymore & will most likely never go back for it again.

Underwhelming. They are a sandwich place that offers one kind of bread only, and it’s this weird stale pita thing. Would not be my first choice. When the sandwich comes, it looks just like a Taco Bell item, but costs much more. I’m not that big of a cheapskate but for the price Cosi charges, I’ve had much better.

Always clean and staff is always kind. Food is great as usual? But I noticed that the prices went up a bit here. They used to have a special where you can get the half sandwich and half salad for under $ 8, now it’s about $ 10 :/ I can’t complain since they did give a good amount of food.

One of my favorite places to stop before I have school at Burlington County College. Very much like a panera but with different types of options. I always always always get their Tomato Basil soup! It’s so delicious and their flatbread pizzas are pretty awesome as well! Never seems to be too busy in there but I do often go at off times!

My niece is thin, young and a vegetarian. I am none of the above. When we eat out together, we don’t dine at a steak place! So, when we got together a while back, she picked Cosi. I pictured a lunch of wheat grass, cardboard-like bread and thin, herbal tea. Wrong! Read on… They serve real food that leans toward fresh, green, healthy but tasty enough for a carnivore. I found a steak salad on the menu and found myself, while eating it, making yummy noises. Rare for me at anything short of a greasy spoon serving artery clogging meat. I told my wife about Cosi when I got home and she was even more surprised than I was that I liked eating there. Fresh food. Creative, albeit still fast food, menu. Fair priced. This spot has lots of parking. Clean, with friendly workers. I have been back a few times and the quality has never varied. Recommended.

A fresher, better version of Panera. All sandwiches are made fresh to order with flatbread. Their tomato basil soup is amazing, and I love the number of vegetarian(and meat eater) options that they have. The menu is really varied, and the veggies in their veggie wrap change depending on what’s in-season. This is, of course, a chain, but it does have a bit of a coffeehouse vibe. The high-back chairs with ottomans in the back are awesome. Is it a bit expensive? Yes, but the food is fresh and delicious and the service is great.

Food is fresh, better than mc Donald’s The tomato basil soup is awesome, thick and chunky. The adobo chicken salad has romaine lettuce, chicken, corn, and black beans, lightly spicy and just right, served w. A side of bread.

Wow! Poor service. Food great but person who brings food to table is poorly trained. Place was crowded, and only available table was dirty with some food, crumbs, etc. So I grab some napkins and proceed to clean the table. While I’m doing this I see someone come up behind me and just stand there. I finish cleaning the table, turn around, and that person is standing there with my food! They were WAITING for ME to clean off the table so they could dump off my food. Huh?! Really?! Did the idea of cleaning off the table FOR the customer cross your mind??? Poor training perhaps, but I think that’s just common sense. Service is lacking in sooooooo many places these days. Many feel they are doing you a favor by serving you. Grrrr!

As far as chain sandwich places to, Cosi is tops. Subway should not exist anywhere close to a Cosi. The ingredients are of a very high quality, no the menu is pretty sizable. The bread, which is what makes Cosi as popular as it is, is baked on premise and delicious… almost like a cross between flatbread and naan. My favorite sandwich is the chicken tomato basil and mozzarella melt. The atmosphere is nice and cozy as well, with a good amount of fluffy chairs that encourage laptop work and coffee refills. Cosi is a consistently great lunch option when I find myself in this area.

My first experience of Cosi was in Philly back during my high school days, when I didn’t drink coffee and perhaps had lower taste standards. Fast forward to 2013. I am not as enchanted by this Cosi. Layout is a little awkward considering the door most people enter through is not where a line would channel during higher traffic. The displayed menus are along this wall, the high-traffic line wall, on the other side of the space from the higher traffic entrance. I have felt on the spot at the register, planning to order just a coffee and something cheap to eat but scanning a half-visible laminated menu near my waist. After that particular experience, I left with coffee, a misnomer flatbread, and $ 10+ poorer. The«chicken and spinach» flatbread pizza had too much chicken, barely any spinach, and I am pretty sure included bacon(not listed). Needless to say, disappointing but unsurprising. I’ve had other food here. The breakfast sandwiches are atrociously bland. Staff get along with each other. Pretty decent customer service. Better coffee than chalky Dunkin is the main reason I stop by.

Great salads. Crappy desserts. The Caesar Salad is great as in the Asian salad. The melt with beef & blue cheese was pretty good. The crème brûlée cheesecake description said it had a crisp caramelized top. Mine came with only a faint drizzle of bland caramel sauce. The cheesecake was AWEFUL! It tasted like it had been plastic wrapped & the plastic taste seeped into the food. Plus, it stuck to the fork… really stuck to the fork. That was ok, though, because I only ate 2 bites. My husband didn’t like it either. I then tried the blondie bar I had bought for later. That, too, had an odd, non-food taste. Diet tip: Come here for the salads & stick to eating healthy by not ordering the bad desserts.

As a girl who was raised on Philadelphia Cosis, this is a really nice, refreshing experience. Service — nice! Cleanliness — great! Portion size — great! Plate size — oddly not great(talking breakfast here)…they put your food on a little tiny black plate when it is clearly too big for said food. Just effing weird. Speed — great! Music — bloody awful! I think they have the coffee house channel from Sirius and I’d rather pierce my ear drums with burning needles than listen to that station. Overall, a very nice place to grab a sandwich or breakfast and hang out. The everything squagel is freaking SALTY(and I love salt) so be warned there. Totally get a TBM Light if you’re in the mood for a tasty sandwich that won’t sabotage your diet. The Cosi Cobb is a low carb friendly option, and you can get the signature salad with their light dressing. The pollo y pasta soup is my steez. For some reason their baby carrots taste better than anyone else’s baby carrots, too. Easy to blow your load in calories in one bite here, but also easy to get a relatively healthy meal for a good price, quickly, as long as you’re paying attention. They get you on specialty beverages… I paid almost $ 5.00 for a majorly mediocre chai tea latte so be careful. Only differences are the Cosis in Philly serve booze(I think only at dinner… so this location might too, but I have never seen any alcohol anywhere…), and they’re nice to you here.
