This is the first time in a Comfort Inn that I can recall. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was and how clean the room was. It is located in a very nice business park that made me feel comfortable driving at night. The WiFi worked as I expected it to. The breakfast was typical of the«free breakfasts» that are offered in hotels of this genre, and was quite good. I ended up joining the«Choice Hotels» club as a result of this stay.

Room was decent, bed comfortable. WiFi was horrible. After 45 minutes of trying to get it to connect, it then ran so slow that it was not usable. I called«0» as directed on the instructions and the advice was to turn my phone off and then on again. Yea, that didn’t help. Can’t stay there again, I travel for business and need to be connected. Many other choices in this area and even on this street.

Traveling on business in the area and chose this place. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. My room is clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of cover to keep you warm. The heat /AC works beautifully as does the fridge. Had a small problem with the coffee pot but they replaced it quickly. Easy access to highways and in /out of the lot. Not much real close as far as eateries though. It is very quiet and on a street with many other hotels. I would stay here again.

This hotel is an adventure. I call it «what’s wrong with THIS room?» The pros: really comfortable bedding. Slept really well for 5 nights. Thank you. The price is unbeatable for non-slum accommodations. Breakfast included in the unbeatable price, though the eggs suck. ;) If all you need is a bed for the night, and you don’t mind spending 30 – 45 minutes of that night being aware of the imperfections of the hotel and adjusting for them, then by all means stay here. You’ll be pleased. The cons: –In Room 232, our first room… — thermostat shone bright blue backlight on the entire room all night. No way to turn it off. — Could make ANY calls out of the hotel. Not local, not long distance, not toll free. Useless. — Fridge was excessively loud on cooling cycles. Moved after one night to room 335. Fridge was better. No blue light on the thermostat, but when I turned the thermostat to OFF, it still cycled loudly twice-3 times per night. Guess it doesn’t really control as much as we’d like to think… AND — the kicker — BEWAREOF3rdFLOORROOMS — Hotel manager is aware(as he lives on that floor) that the vents on the 3rd floor knock incessantly all day and all night long. He says it is poor construction in the venting, caused by wind. Perhaps. I just know that if I forgot to close the bathroom door before going to sleep, I was going to be woken up by that, too. There is one staff member on duty at night for the whole hotel. If you need anything, if there is a noise issue, if something’s broken, they’re your only hope. Our first afternoon, we checked in with Laura. Asked her some questions about the area, and to most of them, she answered«I don’t know» and then paused. No interest or self-motivation to get answers to what I believe to be common questions that tourists have for hotel check-in staffs. Some people can’t help you enough at hotels. Laura couldn’t help us at all, and seemed more eager for me to walk away so she could get back to whatever she was doing. Again, if you’re looking for a cheap place to crash, and are expecting little for your cheap accommodation, choose this place. It’s easy on the pocket book, but you get what you pay for.

Seems to be a nicely appointed mid level hotel. Stayed here one night to accomplish family business before continuing to Washington, DC. Arrived late on a Sunday evening about 10:30 pm and was anxious to be settled in for the night. I have back problems and my wife has had recent knee surgery and was using a cane. When I entered the lobby, the front desk person was on the phone with a guest who apparently was lost. I have been on the other end of that line, so I was not unduly upset that I was kept waiting. However, no acknowledgment of my waiting at the desk was made for several minutes; not even a nod. I had requested a room on the first floor or close to the elevator to minimize carrying luggage, but was assigned a third floor room at the end of the hallway. I asked for a luggage caddy and was told none were available in the lobby. When I asked what could be done, I was told to check the hallways to see if someone left one outside their room. I did find one on the third floor and unpacked our car. When we entered the room, the bathroom drain was closed and had slipped off the control. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it. We finally got to bed about 1 am and unfortunately missed the breakfast in the morning that ended at 9 am. I guess I just expected a little better attitude from the front desk which would have added a star.

Great hotel so convenient to Philadelphia. Checked into a king suite — plenty of room for entire family. Brand new beds, very nice bathrooms, and fast wi-fi. Breakfast had lots of choices and the fitness center had everything we needed for a good workout. And as a Choice rewards member, received a $ 3 coupon for something in the snack shop.

I am extremely impressed how the manager handled my complaint. He advised me that the smoking guests were required to leave and would not be allowed back to the hotel. That issue being resolved, I can definitely give this hotel the 5th star. To reiterate my review from a week ago, this may be the nicest Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Our king-sized room was set up like a mini-suite in a boutique hotel. The furnishings were brand-new, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was extremely clean(except for the inside of the shower curtain which could use a little bit of a wipe-down). When we checked in I got a voucher for $ 3 in their grab&go store because I’m a Choice Hotels member. Also they have free wi-fi. The breakfast was exactly the same as in any other Comfort Suites, no surprises, but the breakfast room was a little nicer than in other Comfort Suites. Not only is this a great hotel for its price point, you’re not going to find better even if you pay a little more.

The hotel check in process was smooth. It was after 11 when we finally arrived so I didn’t see much, but I know the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room(a non smoking king with fridge and microwave) was clean and comfortable. The door to the closet definitely stuck every time you tried to open it, but not a big deal. Breakfast the next morning was very nice with fruit and yogurt and cereal but also waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, and toast. A better selection than many, so that was nice. The shower in our room was definitely clogged, but again not a huge deal. I forgot to mention it when we checked out, so obviously I wasn’t too bothered by it. The bed was comfortable and each floor had a vending machine and ice machine by the elevator. I would stay here again.
