Not worth the money… Lots of hype for a really unremarkable product. I bought wrist bands believing the advertisements that they would help alleviate some of the pain I experience during exercise routines… NOT… they do nothing and they are expensive!!! I also bought compression socks, again expensive and worthless!!! Don’t bother spending your money here. Don’t believe the advertisements.

I bought a compression knee sleeve and after about 90 days the elastic/rubber band around the top sleeve separated and shredded. That band keeps the sleeve in place; without it, the sleeve keeps sliding below the knee making the sleeve worthless. When I asked for a replacement based on their own statement that «Tommie Copper proudly guarantees the quality, performance and fit of all our products», they told me they only refund/replace within 60 days of purchase and offered a 15% discount to buy a new sleeve. Terrible service policy. I will never buy from them again, would advise anyone to avoid buying from them.

Placed my order for the wrist bands as well as the stomach/back band back in July ! Still have yet to receive my order ! Today is Aug 10^th. Phoned the company last week and was told that they will be shipping out my order via Fedex Express and I would receive it by today !. Still have yet to receive my two items … Called again and was told that it will be reshipped and won’t be at my address for another three to four days ! TommieCopper does not stand up to the professionalism I expected … It’s sad that they have the worst customer service I have seen ! SHAME ON YOU TOMMIECOPPER !

It has been over 2 months and I have yet to get my refund from Tommie Copper. I had ordered a knee sleeve hoping it would provide a small level of support as well as do the wonderful things the commercials claim. This was not the case, so I returned it. Now they haven’t given me a refund.
Do not order from Tommie Copper. Like most things on TV, you can’t believe what you see. Turns out to be a scam.

Bought the socks and half finger gloves and absolutely love them. I have a problem with my thumb and toe joint and these products have made a difference. My hands and feet feel like they have just been massaged and the products also seem to supply a subtle heat to the area which offers additional relief… Just want to never take them off. I am presently looking through the catalog to see what else I want to purchase.

I have several areas that hurt on a regular basis. Arthritis in my hands and knee and an injured shoulder. Tommie copper gloves take away all the hand pain and the knee brace takes almost all the pain away. The shirts help Great with the shoulder pain and occasional elbow pain from weightlifting. I recommend these products to everyone in any form of pain. They are a life saver
I still believe what I said above but this company as a whole does not have good customer service. I have tried repeatedly to contact the, via email and on Facebook. With no response what so ever. So I retract my recommendation of this company based on their service.
