We had a large Oriental rug that had not been cleaned since its purchase 28 years ago. The fringe was torn and missing and one corner of the rug apparently was chewed by our cats. Haim transformed it and made it look like new — I could not even tell which was the chewed corner! He was very professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. He came during a two hour window to our home in Northern Westchester County, picked it up, and brought it back a few weeks later. I would highly recommend Sunlight Fine Rug Care.
