Dr. Keith Hope is patient, thoughtful, and thorough. He explains step by step exactly what he is going to do and will even draw a diagram to explain it. The process itself was almost painless except for a little bit of a twinge when he gave the lidocaine injection. He was patient enough to take many phone calls from me and each time spent many minutes on the phone discussing my condition. The practice is clean and modern … and even takes extra steps to maintain sanitary conditions (e.g. they ask you to use purell on the way in to every visit). I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Hope.
