I spent two hours on the phone making an appt. for a whole house re wire, I took a half day off of work to make sure that I would be there and in less then 24 hours they call to say that they cannot make it but could schedule me 3 weeks out, knowing that we just purchased the home and cannot live in it until the electric is complete. I had been told not to use them but they was the quickest to set the appt. I WILL NEVER USE SHANE CO. AGAIN!

Polite and courteous but forgot my appointment. I called 6 hours prior to my appointment and spoke with the office staff to ensure I was scheduled since I waited over a week for the install.

Extremely satisfied customer!!! Top notch service. We searched for a couple weeks trying to find an electrician to install under cabinet lighting and switches along with adding a couple outlets.
Shane Electric EXCEEDED our expectations in every way. If you are looking for a fair and honest electrician this is who you should call. Arrived on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently and charged a fair price. (I had another company quote me 4 times more and tell me it would take 2 – 3 days.). Shane Electric did it in 4 hours.

Highly recommend these guys. They are always busy (good for business!) but when they work on your needs, they are met quickly, efficiently, and with care and precision. I called with a minor electrical issue, and Aaron honestly told me he likely couldn’t have someone come by my house soon. He asked what was going on, and when I explained the problem he walked me through a simple fix over the phone — even though he didn’t earn a dime on the call. THAT’S service. I’ll definitely call again for bigger projects when they come up!
UPDATE: After Aaron’s helpful instructions, I wound up hiring him a couple years later to run power through my attic to motorized shades I was having installed in my living room. He was very professional, worked with my other contractor, and his crew got the job done right. 5 stars!
