Roy Vaden Pools

Helpful and professional. We had someone else put our pool in and had a very bad experience so we used Roy Vaden to help us from that point forward they put a pool cover on and it has been great, lived up to our expectations thus far. They are also very knowledgeable to help us get our pool system in optimum working conditions and water level just right.

We recently rented a house with a salt-​water pool, and since it is warm enough outside to enjoy the water, we decided to tackle the job of trying to place the PVC pipes back together from the previous owners who had winterized the pool. They took the pool pump apart, and stored the top of our sand filter.
After a few tries of trying to piece together a puzzle (I felt like I was a contestant on Survivor, trying to put it all together), I got tired of it and decided to give them a call based on a comment my boyfriend’s Mother had made on the service they have with the community.
When I called, they were doing a Pool School on chemicals, so the lady who answered took down my name and number and said that someone would get back to me shortly. Less than 30 minutes later, I had Roy Vaden on the phone himself, asking where our house was. 15 minutes after that, he was ringing our front doorbell!
I was impressed by the speed of response by this company, and we took him out back where the mess was. He made some comments about our pool area, and then was able to piece together the remaining pipes from the filter to the pump. I was definitely impressed. He told us that he’d have one of his people come and start the pump, tighten the pipes, etc.
While we didn’t hear from him for a few days, a simple call back, and we were on the phone with a pool tech, and he apologized — apparently he hadn’t gotten the message from Mr. Vaden.
That’s okay though, I was impressed at the visit he made on such a short notice. I will update my review once we have our pool serviced. The customer appreciation that was given is enough for me to get any pool supplies I need at Roy Vaden Pools.
