First off let me say, the review about them smoking in this boutique IS A BIGLIE. I’ve gone back multiple times over the years and never have I EVER smelled smoke. They are extremely helpful, and very professional. The dresses are all priced reasonably and are in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with all of my overall visits. I recommend this place and tell all of my friends to come here!!! Whether you are looking for a prom dress or even a wedding dress they have it all, and for a great price! Love the ladies that work here and they should be noticed for it. They are awesome :)

Let me start by saying, the folks there were friendly. My wife and I came in and were looking for a tux for me to rent for a gala ball we’d be attending a few weeks later. They had what we were looking for, and as we have both been burned by HORRIBLE customer service from Men’s Warehouse, REFUSE to give them our business any further. With that said, there aren’t many other options, and we found this place online. Our gripe is not with the business, their prices(which are very fair, and better than MW by a long shot), or the people. Our beef is with the fact that as soon as you walk in the door, you get hit in the face by a WALL of smoke-smell. My wife and I are very allergic to smoke, and can’t stand to be around it for even a few seconds. We were in there for maybe 5 – 10 minutes, and left feeling icky. For a place that lends clothing to customers, they should SEVERELY rethink as small business owners, that some(dare I say MANY) customers do not enjoy, appreciate, or are even willing to grant business to places that allow smoking indoors, much less a place that would allow it to invade their livelihood. If I were to have worn a tux all night that smelled like smoke, not only would I feel gross, be extremely self-conscious and uncomfortable, but also would have likely had a reaction on either my skin or eyes. This is plainly unacceptable. It’s nearly 2015. Folks need to figure it out that smoking is just not cool anymore(not that it ever has been), and many folks — our family included — is not willing to give our hard-earned dollars to places who don’t just have common decency for their customers. This may be a harsh criticism, and some folks might not care, but to those of us that do, we prefer our health and well-being over shopping and supporting local small businesses. Recap: Good location, good options, good prices, nice folks… horrible smell and terrible business practice to allow smoking inside the building where all the clothes leave smelling like ashy butt. Gross.
