MobileTech Automotive Repair

I stopped by today to get an estimate for a repair– Jim went above and beyond to help me out today. He was able to look at my car immediately, and spent quality time and effort looking at the damage and assessing the situation. As a full time college student that only works part time, I can’t afford to do the repair I need for a couple more months, but the price he quoted me was extremely reasonable and he even tried to get it down even further by looking for a refurbished fender in my color instead of a brand new one. He even helped straighten out part of the dent to make sure my car was safe to drive until I could make it back for the full repair. Also Jim has an adorable and extremely well behaved wiener dog that he brings to work with him everyday, and the puppy just hangs out! Loved talking with him and the employees/​friends that were there!
The shop is a bit difficult to find if you use a gps since there has been a lot of construction going on in the area, but don’t let that stop you from trying to find it! Just type in «2190 N Mount Juliet Rd» and not the address Unilocal has listed. Technically, the correct address is listed on Unilocal,but since the apple maps/​google maps are not updated with these construction changes, you will end up in some random neighborhood. The address I gave you will take you pretty much directly to Mobiletech’s location.
So happy that I made the drive to Mount Juliet to come here! I will never go anywhere else! Please support this awesome business!
TLDR: Kind, honest, genuine people with amazing service and a cute puppy. Also make sure you type «2190 N. Mount Juliet Rd.» In your gps instead of the address listed online/​Yelp!

After calling another Mobile mechanic here in Nashville, only to get turned down because they do not work on Volvos, I called Jim at MobileTech. I left a message, but he did get back to me, and he was very kind over the phone as I described my car’s condition, fully understanding my descriptions. He was able to come out within a couple of hours, and diagnose the problem, even though he already knew what was going on. He is very honest and timely! I was most excited that he actually is very experienced with Volvos, and that I didn’t have to get towed to a mechanic shop where I would get the run around! So, I ended up saving money, and got the work done that I needed, as well as a recommendation as to what I should think about next repair-​wise without feeling pressured! I highly recommend MobileTech!!!

I was frustrated that no local shops would install my part. Jim was happy to come out first thing in the morning and made quick work of the job that had defeated me the previous day. Price was more than fair for the convienence and probably cheaper than the local shops. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would call again.
