After struggling with a «user» issue on my Dell laptop, I went to Experimac hoping for some much needed help. Although they are an Apple store, Scott took the time to show and explain to me what I needed to do to accomplish my task. Even suggesting I could email him when I got home to be sure I fully understood. His kindness and non-judgmental nature was so appreciated by someone who was struggling. All this without charging me a dime! The store was very nice and the computers were attractively displayed throughout. Scott has made a customer for life and when I need another computer I will definitely go to Experimac of Mt Juliet! Thanks again Scott!

My iMac recently was having issues where the hard drive kept freezing up. After calling apple support they determined my hard drive was on its way out. My mac is what they coin vintage since it was purchased in 2009. I then learned Apple stores do not service machines this old… what to do? After some scouring, I found Experimac and gave them a quick call explaining my dilemma. Wes said to bring my Mac in and they’d diagnose and figure the best solution. I couldn’t be happier as my machine has been rejuvenated and I didn’t have to waste time bringing it to Green Hills. Wes was professional and meticulous in servicing my Mac… huge peace of mind!
