Koser Jewelers

My most recent visit will be my last. Over the past several years my family and I have been regular customers, having purchased a variety of small and, substantial items. Apparently this doesn’t qualify me for polite customer service. As I was looking through a few options with a salesperson on this particular visit, I was rudely interrupted by another customer and the salesperson was more interested in serving them, so proceeded to multitask and eventually ignore me. Guess my potential purchase wasn’t large enough for her. If you’re looking for a rude and unpleasant shopping experience, visit Koser, they know how to meet that expectation. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse shopping experience. My recommendation to Randy, is maybe train your people to exhibit better manners and if your whale comes in, at least send someone else to attend to the little guy.

Well run operation. Not sure how we came across this place originally, back when it was further in town. I guess my wife must have seen an ad. Anyhow that was probably 15 to 20 years ago, and I don’t shop anywhere else when it comes to nice jewelry for my wife. Have bought several items and have always been impressed with their customer service. You will pay a bit for most things, but it is very nice jewelry. You get what you pay for.
They also have a nice Pandora counter that is much nicer to shop at than the one in the mall. Have bought my daughters and wife many items here. My daughter got a gift certificate to the one in the mall (Park City), and their customer service was nonexistent. At the mall you take a number and wait, then after picking out what you want you have to wait in another line to check out. Even last Christmas the wait was not long here, there was no waiting to get checked out, and they gift wrapped everything.
The new store is very nice, not that the old one wasn’t, but parking could be a problem at their old location, not anymore.

Awesome people, all three staff gathered to tackle the three watches i brought in for an inexpensive repair just so i wouldn’t have to make a second trip! #Yayforsmallbusinesswin

Koser is down the road from my workplace, so I stopped in over my lunch break today to get a new battery put in my watch and get my rings cleaned.
First things first — the store was beautiful inside and out, and they have a great selection of unstuffy, unique, and updated designs. Although the store seemed busy, I was greeted promptly by an incredibly pleasant woman named Beth who turned out to be the owner. After about five minutes, she had replaced my battery and my rings were cleaned. I was happy to chat with the owner for a few minutes more and was on my way.
Overall, I left with a warm fuzzy feeling that only true customer service experts can achieve. I look forward to visiting them again!

I was visiting a friend and we went in. What a nice group and a great store. I wish they were in my area! Seems like their prices are very fair
