Sherwood Village Apartments

Just an update on my situation with them my lawyer has said she has consulted with several people about issues with this company. They have refused to negotiate my balance or look into damages done by another tenant (at which they never conducted a post move out inspection for prior to me moving in). Take extreme caution when renting here. I recommend taking pictures when moving in (prior to putting your furniture in) of everything, fill out the move In checklist with every dent, ding, scratch, smell, crack, etc. pet-​friendly means basically you can have a pet but minus your non-​refundable pet fee of $ 250 and your increases rent you will be charged for them urinating on and killing the grass since the my have to replace it. Who the heck charges people for that… I’m so glad to be out of this place. Minus the nearly $ 900 they just charged me that I am actively disputing, I am happy to wash my hands clean of this company.
