Christopher’s Deli & Caterers

This place is a favorite for lunch with everybody who works in this area. They have a great selection of sandwiches and hot food. prices are great for the amount of food you get. Service can be a little brusque (it’s part of the ambiance!), but only because it’s so busy. Check it out if you’re nearby.

We just had Christopher’s cater a family party for 50 people! The food was fabulous and everyone asked where it was from! Seafood Paella, Veal Parmigiana, Chicken Francaise and penne vodka. As well as a few sides, salad, antipasto platter and veggie tray. Delivered on time and even provided all the setups and a server! We will def. use Christopher’s again and recommend to friends. Ted was a pleasure to work with also.

Christopher’s Deli is a local favorite here in Mount Holly and they make great sandwiches. I enjoy getting their Italian hoagies and meatball parm sandwiches. I have noticed their quality has slipped slightly over the years possibly due to high demand, but overall they still make great food.

Thank you so much to Christopher’s catering who catered my mothers funeral back at our house. They did a great job of setting up even while I was not home. Their employees were respectful and trustworthy. The food was wonderful and enjoyed by everybody. Thank you so much!

Always GREAT! Had the hot pastrami special with swiss and spicy mustard, then put the coleslaw on top… uhhhh talk about a food coma! So delicious and such an awesome portion. You can definitely eat half and take half home, but I prefer to go big or go home, so naturally I crushed it!
Also got a meat rice ball, totally unnecessary, but at the same time completely necessary when you visit this place. I LOVE their food and selection. The daily specials are amazing. My dad goes almost every Friday for the fish special and says he has dinner and lunch the next day, still haven’t tried it but he raves about it all the time, so its on my bucket list.
I’ve been coming here for years, but living a little further away now I don’t get here as often as I used to, but when in the area I always make it a point to stop. Just make sure you come hungry! Great job for years… and many more to come I hope!

We stopped into Christopher’s after doing a quick search for a local place to eat.
We received a very warm welcome upon entering and were overwhelmed by the selection of food.
They have a hot food bar with (what looked like) sausage and peppers, rices, beef stew, chicken stir fry and many other delicious looking items.
They also have a cold food bar with different salads; chicken, tuna, macaroni, and tortellini to name a few.
They have huge rice balls (arancini) and equally large potato croquettes which I am anxious to try the next time I stop in.
I ordered the chicken Caesar hoagie and I asked if I could have breaded chicken cutlets instead of grilled chicken and they happily obliged. It came with chicken, romaine lettuce, and Caesar dressing.
My fiancé ordered the big «h» hoagie which came with breaded chicken cutlets, lettuce, tomato, fresh mozzarella and choice of dressing; he got balsamic on it.
We both loved our sandwiches, the chicken was delicious and the bread was really fresh.
My one complaint is the bathroom, I feel like it needed to be cleaned.

This is Mt. Holly’s best kept secret. I love coming to this place because of their food and their employees. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and a sense that they truly care about the food (which shows on how yummy it is). Their hoagies are the best I’ve had, full of meat, fresh, and OMG to that fresh bread, PERFECT. All their hot meals are amazing and favorable, you cannot ever be disappointed.

We had a party yesterday and Christopher’s Catering did our food. The delivery guys brought everything and set it up very nicely. The food was an absolute hit at the party. The Swedish meatballs were exceptionally good. Also, i don’t know why, but their rolls are probably the best I’ve ever had. Also, everyone i interacted with was friendly and helpful. I had had Christopher’s Catering at two other occasions, and that strongly influenced my decision to use them. I would definitely recommend Christopher’s.

Unfortunately for me healthy vegetarian food is very hard to find here. If you don’t care about eating animals then you will like it. My boyfriend does eat here sometimes and likes it.

Love this place. Portions fed me, husband and son! Roasted potatoes and yellow rice are my favorite sides. Sandwiches are fantastic. Rice balls and Stromboli are great, too!!! Great place to run in and pick up food when you don’t feel like cooking. Catering was also a really good experience. Lunch time can be crowded, but dinner has never been. Just treat yo’self!

Holy cow! These guys make the best subs in the Mount Holy area. Any way you want it, that’s how they’ll make it. The folks working there can be a little abrupt sometimes, but it is because they have lots of people coming for their food and the staff is great about keep the line moving and making sure you don’t wait too long. While subs are definitely what they do best, you will find a whole assortment of other hot ready made foods. You can’t go wrong with any of it.
It’s also pretty close to the county court house, so there are tons of cops and detectives who eat there. This means it is probably the safest darn place you will ever eat. In fact, in the event of a zombie apocalypse, I will be heading to Christopher’s. Amazing food and plenty of husky, trained guys packing heat. And if we all get turned, the guys at Chrisopher’s will surely turn out the best cooked brains in the area.

I have been a loyal customer of Christopher’s for over 10 years. I’ve since moved out of the area, but whenever I’m back, I stop in and grab a hoagie. Their hoagies are great, especially the Italians and the Big H. The hot specials are awesome as well — the turkey dinner special is exceptional! Plus, Christopher is so friendly and knows the regulars by name.

This place is exactly where you want to go if you want a meat filled oily mayo drenched everything on it stuff it in your mouth and make the sandwich gods smile upon you meal! They make everything exactly how you want it — fast and delicious. They have a system so it’s like the soup nazi but man it’s efficient and they are friendly enough for this type of place. The bread is awesome. I don’t know HOW there is a Subway that stays in business 2 doors down.
Try their chicken noodle or broccoli soup. It’s wow. Homemade deliciousness from
Top to bottom. I love that this Mom and Pop shop exists. It is one of a dying breed. Please go eat there!

Small, busy place that appeared to be well known to the locals. I tried the sausage and peppers with steamed broc, and really liked it.
They had a good variety of hot plate dishes in addition to the deli.
If I lived in this area, I think I’d be lunching here regularly. It’s not fancy, but the price is right and the food is pretty good.

Horrible food and service, don’t waste your time!!! Went to order a hoagie and the lady behind the counter barely wanted to make it! Go around the corner to lucky 7 deli in lumberton for much better food and service!

I’ve tried Several dishes from this place and it seems to be a hit or miss. The chicken marsala is not good at all, it was dry and hard. They need to keep the staff in check with their comments and keep the white thug looking chic in the back.

The herbivore hoagie is unforgettable and the service is quick and friendly. It’s perfect for a quick bite or a bigger meal.

Great little place in an un-​assuming strip mall. Typical deli comfort food. Had a great hot plate of chicken marsala, potatoes and green beens. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again.

Flavorful dishes, excellent catering service… Christopher himself is wonderful and not only is he reasonably priced, he throws extra rolls/​salads in his catering orders… would give more stars if I could. Paella, eggplant rollatine, chicken parmigiana, meatballs… It’s all excellent and I’ll miss this place for catering our events now that I moved away!

My favorite little place… A piece of heaven in Mount Holly! I just had chicken Parm and some roast potatoes and I could not finish… So much to choose from! Hot buffet and cold Sammie’s! The Italian is the best ever!!! The owners, Chris and Ted, no their customers by name! Go there! Go there! Go there!
I had them cater my moms 50^th surprise party and everyone there raved!!!
