Every Taco Bell location has the same quality food, I think. But the atmosphere and attitude varies everywhere. This location is extremely dirty and smelly inside. The food is alright, nothing extraordinary. But the inside really did put me off quite a bit.

So in January, my son found a screw in his burrito. Taco Bell’s response was to have their insurance company investigate. Today I got a letter in response, saying that since my son had no damages that my claim was denied. First off, I didn’t technically file a claim, I just filled out the paperwork that was required. Secondly, I did not want any big pay off from the insurance company, my only request was to receive an apology from the Taco Bell in Mt Dora, and to have our meals refunded since after seeing the screw none of us could finish our meals. We have never received an apology from anyone. Lastly, the letter made it seem like we were lying about the screw because no machines were missing any screws. I am completely disappointed in the customer service I have received regarding this incident, and I will no longer be frequenting any Taco Bells. Sorry, you have lost a customer!

This place isn’t even worst a one star rating that’s just how bad it is I don’t think I need to say anymore than that. staff is clueless restaurant is filthy dirty and I wouldn’t see any of their food to my dog.
