I love this Chili’s. Normally, if I’m craving it during the week I opt for to go. The Togo experience at this location is great. Everything is always packaged nicely and always ready on time. On weekends when I go in the servers are always great. The food is always cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. And plus with all the deals (2 for $ 20, Texas Mex Pairings) and price points it’s a great option for any budget.

This place SUCKS. Been here for over an hour and have only been able to get our server to bring one drink. She didn’t even know what their well burbon was… she said it was high 10.

This Chili’s seems to suffer from poor management. We are slow learners and keep coming back for lunch because we generally like Chili’s. This has resulted in several too-​long lunch breaks. They almost always mess up the order in some way and the servers always seem to be overworked. One time they even billed us for the replacement item — there were two of the same entrée on the bill. It’s unfair for customers and even more so for the overworked employees.

This is one of the worst chili’s I’ve ever been to. The only reason I continue to go is because there isn’t much open late in this area. The service is usually painfully slow. I almost always sit in the bar area and even when there’s nobody there it’s still super slow. As for the food, eh, it’s just ok. Nothing to write home about. Plus they always screw up the order. Whether they forget to bring something out or just totally mess it up, it’s always something.
Beware if you’re ordering any kind of red meat. The are completely incapable of cooking anything to order. If you order medium or below its going to come out raw in the middle. Just a warning. It’s happened to me the past couple times I’ve been there.

Tamara who goes by Tami was amazing. She was attentive and turned our frowns upside down. Seriously we were crabby and left happy because of her personality and great service.
Next time you’re in Eustis stop by this Chili’s and see Tami, tell her I sent ya. She’ll treat you right too. No we’re not related.

Food was really good… Cooked perfect and came out in a timely manner.
We got here right at 11am and staff was on top of things… But shorty later people started pouring in and staff seemed scattered and all over the place :(we where never asked how our food was or asked to refill drinks (had to flag her down for refills) even tho she pasted by us more then once.

I don’t know what this place was like in the past (don’t live around here), but it has definitely changed. I ordered the salmon and was pleased that the waitress knew where it was from (North Pacific). Everyone except one in our party loved their food, and it turned out that he somehow didn’t realize what he had ordered was seafood and he has a thing against seafood (unrelated to the restaurant). He made the waiter aware, who was very kind about it and replaced the dish with our friend’s new choice quickly. None of our glasses was reduced beyond half before being promptly refilled, and overall our server (unsure of his name, wasn’t paying attention but I’m thinking Br. ian? andon? yce? O_​O) was attentive to all our needs!
Bathrooms were clean (men’s room at least, obviously I didn’t see the ladies room, haha)
Very pleasant afternoon dining experience!

I really am not a fan of «chain restaurants» in general… Having said that, Chili’s is a place that we will visit about once every 2 months. Theirs particular location has recently undergone renovation. Some of it was good, some not so good. I felt sardined at the new tables that replaced the booths. The service was slow — very slow. I had to return my buffalo chicken sand which it was so pathetic (I have only sent about 2 dishes back to the kitchen my entire life!) I did end up eating one of my sons chicken tacos and it was pretty good — the sauce was a little sweet for me but overall good.
I say — skip the «chain restaurants» and support the locals!

Arrived at 2055hrs with a party of 8. Waitress, Marie, took our drink order. After reviewing the menu I noticed the drink specials. When the waitress came back I asked her why she didn’t tell us what the drink specials were and her response was that it was my (the customers) job to ask her what the special were. So she already started off condescending. Then we asked her what drink specials were available, she said it’s a lot to explain you wouldn’t understand. Food was good and did come out in a timely manner but service is everything so I was very not pleased. Overall good food, good location but fair service.

This Chili’s is great! So many of them are touch and go, but I frequent this restaurant a lot and have always gotten great service and great food. Yeah, it’s franchise food, but here they always seem to step it up a notch. I recommend the Cajun Chicken Pasta and the Sirloin with Loaded Baked Potatoes.

From previous reviews, it appears if this place had been working out kinks, especially as far as service is concerned.
We came as a party of four and were seated and served immediately. The waitress was attentive and we received our orders quickly. She came back frequently to check on our refills and to see if we needed anything else.
Our food arrived hot and to order. I requested no jalapenos and my nephew asked for no onions and we both got what we wanted.
I had my standard order at Chili’s…Margarita Chicken. It was typical Chili’s fare as the food varies little from location to location.
Great selection of margaritas and other fun drinks.
If you haven’t been here in awhile, give it another chance.

If you want great food, great prices and also (one of my pet peeves) Great atmosphere then head to your local Chilies, I have never been disapointed, the service is always prompt, friendly and the food is always wonderful!

I will say I am usually biased against chains or at least less forgiving when they suck. I expect more from the corporate structure of training chefs and waiters. Been here five or so times and the service always was fair to bad. Food is usual Chilis fare, not fresh (can’t believe the previous poster said that) and never anything better then what I can get from the freezer aisle at Publix. How this place remains busy is beyond me, perhaps those sizzling commercials have some subliminal effect?

It’s really hard to find a good combo in a restaurant in Lake County: good food AND good service. Chili’s is no exception in either location (here or Leesburg). I prefer mom and pop places but sometimes you need variety besides Mexican and pizza/“Italian”. The last time we ate at this establishment, the service was terrible but the food was alright. We ordered cocktails (we were sitting in the bar area) and the waitress took our order and disappeared. We waited. And waited. And waited. Until someone else comes along and asks us for our drink order. Finally, we found out that the waitress in the bar is not old enough to serve liquor. then we ordered food-​apps. And we waited. And Waited. And waited. and it finally came out and was cold. We finally finished our drinks and left. We decided to never go back.
