Quick service, good service and timely
Receptionist was extremely nice — answered all my questions (this was the 1st time I had to call for this type of service)
The technician, Harold, was very friendly and conscientious — spent extra time reseating lower doorknob inset

They have a good selection of door locks, both home and commercial.

I went here to have them service a stuck lock in the door of my truck. When I got there, they said I had to remove the lock from the door, and that they were not responsible for the door and refused to work on it. They have a BIG sign outside that states they work on automotive.
Many times in automotive (unless it needs rekeying) the issue is not with the lock but the linkage. I will not come back here, even if they were the only locksmith around, nor would I call them outside to my home to work on my locks.
If they are not going to take responsibility for the automotive work, then I can not trust them with my home or business.
