Had a GREAT experience with this company. The estimator was knowledgeable and courteous. The installers were top notch. They got everything done in a timely manner, were very courteous and professional. And the finished result was clean and neat. I am very happy with both the service and the result. This was a $ 5k job to replace my water heater with a tankless and put in a water conditioning unit. The estimator even followed up with a phone call later in the day to ensure the installation was going well and gave me his cell for any problems or questions. Then he sent me an email with a rebate that he found from the company ($ 150). Talk about making the customer feel like a king! Best service I have had in a LONG time.

Very poor customer service. I had these guys come out for an estimate on some major plumbing work (~$ 5K) on my house. The two guys walked around noting what was needed. When they were ready to give me they estimate they were laughing and asked me to guess how much it was going to cost? This was not a guessing game to me. I wanted to know the cost estimate with labor and material breakdowns.
So I lead them out the door. This is no way to handle customer service.
