Studio Allure Hair Design

I just got an amazing haircut by Jenny. I went in with a good idea of how I wanted my hair cut, but gave her some freedom to do what she thought would look best. She gave me everything I asked her to, plus more. She really gave my cut something it had been missing before. I thought I needed about an inch cut off, but told her to cut off more if she felt I needed it, she cut off just the right amount so my hair is healthy and a length I am happy with while trying to grow out my hair from a short cut. She kept working on my hair until all the little pieces I’m picky about were just how I liked them. I told her that I don’t style my hair with a round brush and I was thrilled when she turned on the blow drier and used her hands to dry the entire thing, typically when I say that I leave the salon hating my hair because they round brush it under and don’t listen. Overall, thrilled that I left the salon and didn’t have to go back home to re style my hair. Oh and I can’t forget to mention how beautiful the salon was.

Nicole was awesome. I went today as a walk-​in and can’t say enough about her. She thinks outside the box when doing your hair. I couldn’t be happier I will be going back.

New to Mount Airy, this was the 3^rd salon we tried and we are fully satisfied. With many different stylists to choose from, there’s a stylist to fit your needs from highlights, color, cuts and trims. Me and 3 daughters, all requesting different services from different stylists, all 100% satisfied. My favorite part… online booking and same day appointments. Definitely returning!

I have been going to Karen for over a year now. I will never go anywhere else! Not only is she a fabulous hair stylist she is also a very sweet and caring person. She genuinely loves what she does and making people happy and feel good about themselves. She just cut, styled, colored and did highlights for me. I looked like a new person! Everyone she works with is very nice.
Studio Allure is such a beautiful hair salon. Most beautiful one in Mt. Airy hands down! You feel good just being there. She has recently expanded and it is amazing! I would highly recommend Karen and her staff to all!

I’ve been going to Karen Harbaugh for as long as I could remember, and my mother has been going since before I was born (as of today I’m 22). It was so nice when she opened up her own place and she has truly done a great job. She has a knack for styling hair just the way you want it and has a nice and friendly staff. Her studio is a bit far away from me, but it’s totally worth the drive, and I don’t get my hair cut all that often.
I have yet to go there since they expanded, but I’m anxious to try out their massage and spa services.
