I contacted New Image Home Designs to fix my carpeting in a few different spots. They came out for a quote and I told them I’d call them back. I called the next day and he (guy who fixes carpets) said he doesn’t have his schedule he’ll call me back. I called him 3 days later after not hearing from him and left a message. The following week I called the office and asked about setting up an appointment to fix my carpet and was told they will have him call me. A week later I had heard nothing and tried both him and the office several times. The office kept saying they will have him call and he kept sending my calls straight to voicemail. I never heard back from them. If they didnt want to do the job they could have just told me!
