Bonnie from Ace Carpet care was referred from someone in our neighborhood. I called and made an appointment for her to come out. She called and informed me her machine needed to be fixed and to see if we could reschedule for the next day same time. I called and confirmed and she never showed. I made an attempt to contact her on numerious occassions and she would not answer the phone. This is the worst experience i have had in a very long time. Do not trust Ace Carpet Care.
