I’ve been here a couple times, and I take my son here as well. Dr. Sharara has always been pleasant and professional. The office staff are friendly, and I have no hesitation about going here, or taking my child. The only room for improvement I can see, is the waiting room has a bookcase that looks dusty. I know it’s not related to the dental care at all, it just bugs me when I see that! A little wipe of the waiting room once in a while would be a good idea.
Other than that, very happy and satisfied with the care my family receives at Mounds View Dental.

My son needed sealants and a filling. He was nervous because he had only had cleanings in the past. When it was time to begin the procedure, the hygienist and Dr. Rodriguez became impatient with him. He started to cry and his stomach was upset. Rather than try to console him, they tried shaming him into letting them do the procedure. «You’re too big of a boy not to let us do this.» And, «Don’t waste our time by not getting this done» Dr. Rodriguez also implied that we would be billed for this visit without having anything done. We will not return to Mounds View Family Dental nor would I recommend them to my nemesis.
