McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is terrible. They consistently screw up orders without fail and are slower than snails in a snow storm. The worst part is they are the only fast food place in town. Any other place could make a killing off of their incompetence.

We all know MCDs is a last resort kind of place. But each time I’ve been here I’ve had nothing but complaints. My «iced coffee with light cream» was practically milk and my sandwich was both burnt and cold. Staff is consistently slow and incompetent. I’d much rather stop in Wausau when I get to work. Being the only drive thru in town, they need to step up their game.

Got breakfast sandwiches from this location. When I went to pull my sandwich out of the bag, I was surprised to grab a biscuit with no top half, and the wrapper wrapped around the actual cheese, so that every bit of it was stuck to the paper. I had to rummage around in the bag to find the top of the biscuit, and then scrape what cheese I could off the wrapper to put back on the sandwich. After sitting up all night with a screaming newborn, this was NOT my idea of a convenient breakfast, which, lets face it, is all McDonald’s has going for it. It was like they drop-​kicked the sandwich into the bag. I understand that it’s no fun to work fast food, but there is no excuse for this level of carelessness.
