My sister has had all three of her sons birthday parties here for the past four years and we couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is always upbeat and attentive. This last time I forgot to bring the ice cream and they went through the trouble of sending a staff member out for us. It was the best experience we’ve ever had with a small business.

Terrible customer service, the employees seem to approach it as an inconvenient hobby. Every year for a birthday party we’ve got there and three years in a row it’s been a hassle. Never again! I would give it zero stars if it were an option.
