La Gondola Spaghetti House

This place always hits the spot! The torpedo sandwich is awesome and huge! Family feast is a great deal!!!

Been sick for 3 days after getting takeout Ravioli. Wife for 1 day as she only had a small taste. This was the only thing we both had the same in two days.

The food is at least edible so it gets an extra star for that. I could have made a better sandwich with scraps from a strangers fridge.

Great food. The red sauce is doctored to perfection. Be careful with it if you’re lactose intolerant though!

Good spaghetti and meat sauce also makes a good torpedo «gondola» great if you have a hungry bunch and need something quick.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant several times and never had a bad experience. Awesome food, especially the ravioli and tortellini. LOVE the sauce!

My wife grew up near La Gondola and as a kid she has great memories of this place and getting sandwiches and meals to go. I tease her and her family because the first time I had it, I wasn’t impressed and thought they were assigning their emotions to the food to make them think it was better than it was.
I was wrong!
We ate there again on a recent trip and I can tell you their meat sauce is some of the best I have ever had. The bread they use to make their torpedoes with is excellent, but the sauce is killer. I recommend the garlic bread with their sauce over anything else. My torpedoe (sub) was good for sure, but it wasn’t as amazing as the meat sauce. For this reason I will be getting lasagna or spaghetti the next time we go.
Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!

Service is pretty fast and price is good.
