We drove 12 hours from california to view some properties with Blake Griffith. We had a great day with blake but out of the 3 we looked at only 1 fit our needs. We were reluctant to make an offer before looking at other properties in eastern WA we were scheduled to view over the next 2 days. Apparently another person went and viewed the property we liked a few hours after us, and they made an offer. Blake knew that this was his only listing that met our needs, yet he didn’t notify us, or ask us if we might want to make a competing offer. I thought real estate agents are supposed to work for thier clients, not against them. To make a long story short we are very upset and unhappy over our experience with Century 21 Lund Realtors, and Blake Griffith.
