Will not respond to email contact, as written guarantees would be more binding. This is a classic bad company run by a DISHONEST, immoral man. The customer attempted to reach some type of reasonable agreement, but CIG has made it abundantly clear that the customer’s rights are of no consequence. As a result, the owner and his company deserves to be exposed for misrepresenting poor products, reneging on agreements and bullying of customers. Future customers in the area deserve to know.
