I love this place. They have great dresses for every occassion. Quality material unlike some other boutiques. Owner is friendly and kind. I love Robin Elliot… actually going there tonight.

I went with my mother looking at special occasion dresses and I was very impressed, not only with the selection, but also with the customer service. We dealt with Melissa and she was phenomenal. She kept our budget in mind, and she helped my mother find something remarkable for the event. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a gown. They also have an exceptional selection of accessories to go with your new gown!

Their selection is just not that high end. They have lots of look-​books and promotional materials around the store advertising gowns that are really stellar and special… But they don’t have them in the store. The ones they have in the store tend to be either very maternal or really just nothing unique.
The customer service is friendly enough, but wasn’t very good at listening, and ultimately not that nice either. Very convinced that they are always right.

My Mom has found both of her Mother of the Bride dresses at Robin Elliott. They have a great selection, great customer service, and are very friendly. We drove all the way from Indiana to go to this store, and I am glad that we did!
