I would never ever do buisness with James Sung Hyun & Co. They are constantly mismanaging my account and constantly find mistakes throughout my transactions with this company. If your planing to do buisness with this company make sure you closely watch every single transaction since they tend to over charge by ‘mistake’ (which i never got a single apology for). Especially James, who is verbally abusive to both employees and to thier clients. I think he has social and pyschological problems that needs great.
This not only cost myself and my buisness financial loss, but I ended being responsibly for paying more in taxes due to thier lack of professionalism and knowledge. If I can I would give them negative stars!
