Thank you thank you thank you Mr. Derryl! This awesome customer service clerk went out of his way to help with a return. He represented Sears in the most outstanding way possible! As far as store overall, they have a decent selection of womens clothing and of course craftsman tool(they only depts I shop).

Dropped off two ½ inch ratchets that were supposed to be covered under life time warranty. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard Jack from them. Went by store to inquire why so long and was told that they will call me back when they find out where my tools are. So that warranty where you can take them in and swap them out is not true. Had a similar situation at Home Depot and they just swapped them out. I thought craftsman tools were the best but I guess I was wrong.

My second visit in two weeks, and I’m very impressed with this Sears. The staff for the most part are very helpful, and easy to find might I add. I enjoy the cleanliness of the store, as well as the organization of the clothing racks. The pricing is great, and they always have a great sale going on when I have been. $ 14 for two dress shirts, and I was even able to use points towards a discount on my purchase. These are points I earned from my last visit. I also like the option of receiving my receipt by email. This makes it easy to keep up with my receipt just in case I need to make a return. I highly recommend this location!

How Many Store Employees does it take to issue a refund? My sister took her daughter here to take picks and before the pics were developed the photo area was closed. No ones fault. I hear folks were laidoff and that sucks balls… but I went back for my sister to get a refund for the pictures. I was told only a manager can do this… fine. I watched as an employee asked for a manager on the loud speaker 3 times as my husband and I waited 20 – 30 minutes for a transaction that took 3 minutes. Manager shows no apology, just attitude. Then he walks off– and the other employeeis like«umm why did he walk off. omg:. get your service together. Thanksfully they issued a refund. I was scared that somehow there was going to be an excuse as to why we couldnt get one. then my husband would have likely went off and choked the manager by his dreads. lol(no shade, my husbands hair is locked too.).

I’ve been very impressed with this Sears store, especially the repair service. I had an issue with my receipt and Leroy, the manager on duty helped get me back on track. The repair was complete in less than a week.
