Not my favorite store. It is usually crowded and not as neat and clean as other Publix locations. But when I am in a crunch I find myself stopping here and the Customer Service is always superb.

This review is simply to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Kirby in the Deli depart today.
She truly went above and beyond in preparing my chicken tender sandwich, especially with all my customized request. Kirby was friendly, patient and kind, all while offering tremendous customer service.
I’d wait in that line and visit this specific Publix again simply to have Kirby prepare my sandwich. I wish more employees were as kind as she is.
Oh & the Banana Pudding they offer also in the deli section tastes like homemade.

Clean, bright, well staffed grocery store. A lot of the things could be considered overpriced if they weren’t in sale. I skipped some of the necessities because I knew I could find them cheaper elsewhere.
The real draw seems to be the hot food /​lunch selections: sandwiches, sushi, etc. The line was decently sized right around lunch time. And although I didn’t personally partake, the other customers seemed happy with the service (and the food did look good).
Parking can be a bit crowded, but you can usually find something (even if it is a little further of a walk) within a few minutes.

Since new management I love this store location. It is always clean and friendly. Some things to look forward too, try the sushi bar in the back of the store and pick up a California roll or tempura shrimp roll. It doesn’t hurt that all the employees are extremely helpful and friendly as well!

I only give the stars because Nicole was amazingly patient with every customer who was rude to her. Although there were at least 10 people working in that dept and the manager came out to get a drink — only 1 person making sandwiches! The line was 10 deep and the wait about 30 — 40 mins. Unacceptable!
On a side note 1 girl spent the entire 40 minutes I waited refilling all 3 stations with fresh garnish on top of the old — yuck! I’ll eat at my own Publix from now on. At least they appreciate my patronage.

I’ve always liked Publix from the subs to the great food selections. This is one of the better grocery stores in this area. Customer Service is great & this store anchors all of the other small stores in this strip mall. Parking can be a little tricky with everyone coming here but it’s worth it for the selection.

I loooooooove Publix! From the deli, to the welcoming staff, to the fresh produce. Love, love, love. They also have a good selection of items on the shelves. If you have time (sometimes the line gets ridiculous), try a Publix Boar’s Head sub. I usually get the Ultimate, which has roast beef, ham, and turkey on it with swiss cheese. The bread can be hit or miss (95% hit), but otherwise a very good sub. The staff are always friendly, and always remember to give my little ones stickers.

I usually frequent this Publix for my lunchtime sushi since I can see it prepared fresh while I wait. Most times when I arrive at the sushi fridge, most of my california rolls are usually gone so I’m the lucky one that gets the good stuff! LOL
The rolls are really good for «grocery sushi» but I wish that the packs would come with more soy sauce. This Publix is usually great because of it’s location (right off I-​75), but it’s a bit of a maze getting in and out of this parking lot if you’re not familiar with it.

has a sun trust bank inside open till 6 pm on sat only sun trust in this county open. On Days far as grocery shopping here price is too high for me but the quality of the food looks good

My family has found that the sandwiches /​subs made at this Publix are really, really good. This deli is good enough to rival any of the other mainstream «sub» competitors on the street. It’s almost «routine» to bring home a sub as part of the weekly shopping trip. And I have an idea why their sandwiches are good: staff clearly like each other. They laugh with each other. They pour that fun into their work, and I think that’s what shows in their sandwiches.
So yeah, it’s a Publix. And yeah, you can grab a few other things while you’re there to turn your sub into a picnic.

I love my Publix. Yes, the prices are higher than Wal-​Mart, so I don’t do all of my shopping here. But the deli has an amazing Boar’s Head selection with great staff who always know my order, the bakery is well-​stocked and friendly, the produce is fresh and the organic selection generally pretty good. All the cashiers are tremendously friendly and professional, and they seem to have very low turnover, since the same people have worked there for the two years I’ve been shopping there. The one time I had a problem (can’t even remember the specific product now) the manager took personal care of me, and left a great impression. I know Morrow overall has an iffy rep, but this Publix is really great.
