If you want to hires thieves, these are the people to hire. Shaun Talley and Channel are thieves. They will play the worker/manager game with you. Don’t know their relationship, but can tell you they are much closer. They tried to charge my credit card before finishing the job and stole some low value items from the project. I had to dispute with Chase Credit Card to get the money back. Their work is horrible. They will roll the doors and trims to make it a fast job. Look closely at their work and you will find faults everywhere. They tried to lie and just did a makeup job to take pictures for credit card evidence, but if you look at it in person it will be sloppy. Painting is not a job that can cut corners to do it right. They will find every corner to cut.

Great Company. I was told by several other companies that our project would take 2 weeks to paint the interior of our 2800 square ft home. I called Professional Painting Group and I met with Ray. He came out immediately and gave us a professional quote. He explained the process. He broke down the cost of the paint, and he reassured me it would only take 3 days to complete. To my wife and i amazement, they did it in 2 days. Shaun and his team were kind, professional, helpful, fast, and efficient. Id use PPG services anytime. Thank you guys for the outstanding work and professional services. The exterior is next week and ill definitely be calling you guys back.

I found Professional Painting Group, LLC on the internet because I was in search of a simple paint project at my home. Based on the pictures online and reasonable pricing, the painting seemed solid, so I contacted the owner Shaun Talley and asked for an estimate. Because I travel for business frequently, Shaun met with my sister at my home on my behalf, where he gave her the estimate for the project. She stated that he seemed nice, professional and gave a good price. The day of the paint project, my housekeeper let Shaun and two others into my home to get started. I was out of town at the beginning of the project, but Shaun and I kept in close contact and he appeared to be trust worthy. This was a very simple project. I asked him to paint my white walls which were painted with flat paint, repaint to a white satin finish instead. After he was paid, my housekeeper contacted me to tell me that the painting looked sloppy, finger prints and dirt in several spots, inconsistent painting patterns and it looked as if he didn’t paint in certain areas. I immediately called Shaun who stated that he would correct anything that was wrong. He apologized and promised to make things right. We agreed to meet at my home in a few days. I spoke to Shaun the day we were to meet at my home to fix the problems and he stated that he would arrive in the afternoon at 1pm. Later on that day he sends a text well after 1pm stating that he is running 2 hours behind and unsure if he could make it to my home. I told him that it was important for him to make the corrections before I left back out of town, which was the next day. I also told him that I was having new flooring installed in a few days, which is why I needed the painting completed correctly. Shaun then began to ignore my text. I sent another text 2 hours later and called. Shaun didn’t pick up my calls, nor did he return my text. Another two calls and two text later over the span of four hours… still no word from Shaun. I called his business office line and someone picked up the phone who sounded like him. When I identified myself and asked to speak to Shaun, no one ever came back to the phone. I went to his company Instagram page and noticed that he posted two pictures that were taken in my home without my permission. He took pictures of a previous painting project that a friend of mine completed of my bathroom and foyer accent wall. He posted those pictures on his site, as if he performed the work. I was shocked that he would present himself as a professional, but yet in turn use my home pictures as if he was the painter of those projects. And based on the sloppy paint job he performed at my home, I now know those pictures on his site are probably not legitimate. I never heard back from Shaun and now I have to hire another company to repaint and complete the job I hired him to do. Unfortunately, Unilocal doesn’t have a zero star rating, because if it did I would not rate Professional Painting Group, LLC. BEWARE of this company! Do not give them your business! Shaun Talley is a liar and he’s misrepresenting his painting projects online.
