Food is good but customer service is poor. Often enough, items that have been paid for are missing whether it’s a side or a thigh. Always check what you have before leaving. Also ask for sauce if they don’t ask you or you won’t have any. Drive thru is long and a mess. They have you pull away from the drive thru area so you wait. Going inside is probably quicker.

Although the Popeye’s brand itself produces delicious meals, this location is a consistent fail. Poor customer service levels which have been ongoing for many years and show no signs of relenting. Chicken is sometimes undercooked. Not sure where they source their labor, but it needs to be changed. Drive-thru personnel don’t seem to have the fundamental ability to take a simple order and get it right. Frequently their language skills are so deficient that you have to keep asking them to repeat what they’re saying. Most visits are met with a lackadaisical«I don’t care» attitude and certainly no appreciation for your patronage. Little care is taken in delivering your meal after it’s ordered, and it’s usually done with a sour disposition. In today’s transaction the cashier didn’t say one word the entire time, and it was obvious that she didn’t want to be working. I also had to request that she correct a couple of the items, and she did so without apology. Always expect an attitude. ALWAYS check to ensure that your order has been filled correctly before leaving. Be prepared for a long wait in the drive-thru. I’m pretty certain that the only reason that this location is able to stay afloat is because it’s situated near a major university, a number of multi-family dwelling communities, and a small business hub, but I think that I’ve made up my mind that today’s visit will be my last one. Enough is enough. Do better, Popeye’s!

They was out of lemonade or ranch dip of course we didn’t got no napkins or straws for our drinks! She dropped my change from the drive thru window without any apologize! Food was good but I lost my appetite after this visit!

Terrible service. I was second in line. Was asked to wait to place my order. While I was waiting an off duty Popeyes employee was behind me in line. Then a person behind the counter proceeded to ask the off duty employee what he would like to order. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes and after the off duty employee received his meal I was asked what I would like to order. I ordered a single leg kids meal. It took 10 more minuets to receive my order. The craziest thing is the two customers behind me received their orders before me. The drive thru was not busy. They just didn’t care to fill my order for my daughter. 20 minuets for kids meal is beyond ridiculous. Will not be back.
