I know, I know; everyone is freaking out due to some issues that occurred in Boston in reference to some meat that made people sick. I have actually heard that sales have dropped alot. I got a veggie bowl, this location seems to be the best one that I have been to in Georgia, hence I haven’t been to them all but the one’s that I have been to is about 6. I feel that I get a good amount and am not shorted along with whoever sautes their vegetables is on point. I know that alot of people are no stranger to Chipotle. The food is served hot and is of good quality(I’m a vegetarian) and I have never had an issue with the customer service. The only issue that I have is, you want me to pay how much extra for guac?

Last Friday, January 8th I was having a lousy day and was very tired when I visited the restuarant in morrow, Georgia, but my day greatly improved while I was there. The two young ladies who serviced me had the best smiles when they greeted me. They each asked how my day was and of course I shared. But it wasn’t just the smiles that made my day, it was their compassion and their desire to help improve my day. Well to make a long story short as I was about to check out both the girls looked at each other and with their koolaide smiles, they said to me” we’re gonna make your day better.” We’re going to buy your meal. I couldn’t believe it! They both made my day. I thanked them for their kindness. We did a group hug and I was happily on my way. Now that’s what I call great service delivery. Thanks again. I told everyone I knew and worked with about my awesome experience at chipotle and as for me, you’ve got a customer for life!

I love Chipotle food… as always, I got their chicken and rice bowl with all the toppings and it was yummy as usual. No complaints on the food but they’re just so slow getting the line through. The line was wrapped inside of the building, around other people eating(which I would not have liked people just breathing all down my back) but the line MOVEDSOSLOWWWWWW! Had I not already had my mind set on their food, I surely would have left.

So, my chicka and I found ourselves on this side of town again and it would have been disrespectful to NOT get Chipotle again(we live in Newnan). I’m thinking it’ll be just«ok» like it was Saturday. I notice the same workers there, except for one who I’ll just call«Picasso» not because he had no melanin but because he made me thee best rice/bean/chicken scoops ever. I think he sensed my hunger, the other guy, I’ll call«Boss» not because he was being bossy, but he put my toppings on as a boss would. I go to pay and the two girls who worked the register were really nice. Fast forward to me coming home/showering and opening my bowl, I say my grace and take my first bite. *sigh* I legit shed a tear, this was the best bowl I’ve ever had(this is my fourth time at a Chipotle) I just want to thank Picasso and Boss! I will pray for everyone that works there and their family, and I wish you all many blessings!

I have to say that my first impression of this place is «wth». There is a ridiculous line out the door and I understand it’s a crowd but honestly this is crazy for 2pm. That’s not what bothered me; the filth and food scattered on the floor and tables is disgusting. I won’t eat anywhere that doesn’t care about their dining room. This reflects how they are in the food prep.

Today the health score is 78-C which is a concern for me. It took quite awhile before we were seated. I only see one server, very concerned about how true service and food is going to be??? This maybe another Clayton County restaurant that I cross off my visit list. As I sat there and waited and waited, I made a decision to NOT chance eating here today. The health score and the SLOW service helped me to decide to leave-Run Away!!!

The food is good and there’s always a line that moves quickly. We placed a web order for our most recent visit. The order was prepared on time and they got all four orders correct. The liquor license application has been pending with Clayton County since the restaurant opened. So no adult beverages are sold at this location. Thanks Clayton County

I almost didn’t come here for dinner after reading all these reviews. But I love Chipotle and eat at them a lot, so I went anyways. I am glad I did as the service was amazing. The other reviews complained about the service and that was not the case for me. I have never seen so many employees working the line which made it very fast and convenient for guests. They were all extremely friendly and all had smiles on there faces. My food was great. I ordered the chicken tacos and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The guacamole was delicious as always. So I had to leave a review as it was different from all the other ones. So please don’t be afraid to go here and enjoy some great food.

You get a big fat ZERO. Nope. Two many children in that kitchen. Where are the adults who act their age that can put their foot down and manage this place? First of all the employees have little respect for one another as I see their verbal and nonverbal didagreements plainly as I order my food. Second, in your effort to move the line, you are speaking at lightning speed and I can’t even understand my options. So my bowl did not get lettuce. So I asked for lettuce. Girl gave it to me in a dressing cup. Not enough. I didn’t fuss but that was strike number 2. Finally I asked for and was charged for chips. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that I did not get my chips that I paid for. Not coming back. You all can NEVER live up to the quality of the other Chipotle locations on the Northside.

This is my second time eating at a Chipotle Mexican Grill(different locations) and both experiences were very similar. Since it’s a chain, that’s what you should expect from a chain restaurant. I think the food is very good — I had the chicken bowl with guacamole this visit. The portion size was huge and the food was fresh and delicious. I had half of the salad for lunch and the other half for dinner. This restaurant is very crowded, very busy, and seems somewhat chaotic during the ordering process. I didn’t go there for the atmosphere. I went for a healthy and delicious salad, and that’s what I got. Even though there is an extra charge for the guacamole, it’s worth it. Although it was busy and the line was long, they move pretty fast and you won’t have to wait long.

I almost didn’t go here because of the not so good reviews, hopefully all of my visits here will be as good as my first, I ordered a burito bowl on my chipotle app, my order was ready when I arrived and it was prepared as I requested, and it was delicious! No complaints here.

Loved my food but don’t plan on eating inside. I agree about the poor design which when packed, blends customers waiting in line and people eating at tables. The service is inconsistent at best. Nice people but whenever I order the taco kit for my kids, depending on who’s working, some days I can get toppings on it and other days it’s not allowed.

If I could just have no stars I would. The food was below average Gezzos and Moes seems like a five star restaurant compared to this place. The food was cold the steak was gray and the tortilla was falling apart. If I already feel I’ll after eating here and I will not being back EVER!

I visit this location very often and I find the staff to be very friendly. they always ask«where have you been?» when they haven’t seen me in long time. I get exactly what I ask for since I never call in my order… I watch them make my order so no mix ups there. I have figured out the slow periods and try to go during those times… but I love the food so much that if I miscalculate my timing it is still worth the wait!

I’m gonna have to agree with the masses on this one. The service at this Chipotle has been iffy since opening their doors. I’ve been there a handful of times resulting in bad luck with each instance. Unless you catch the restaurant at a slow moment, expect to have your order somehow screwed up. Be sure to repeat your request a few times to the employees in order to ensure that you get exactly what you’ve ordered. The seating area is unusual; when it’s super busy, you’re sitting around folks waiting in line to place their orders. Take your food to go if it’s nuts on the inside. Oh… and bring an extra $ 2.00 for the guacamole!

Terrible burrito craftsmanship, if you plan on dining in expect people hovering behind you as the line wraps around the whole store at any time of the day. I would rate the taste slightly less bland than moes. I would give this one extra star if I got a «Welcome to chipotle!»

It seems some of the people that have been to this location have had a pretty different experience than I have. But apparently I’m a «regular» here because I’ve checked in here twice(though I’ve visited here more than that) so take that for what it’s worth. This location is still relatively new to the area but it is always crowded. Not matter the day or time, it’s always been busy when I’ve been here. People need their Chipotle fix. The location itself is just okay. There’s usually not much room for parking immediately in front of the building but there is a large(and usually crowded) lot since it’s next to a strip mall. I just consider it a little bit of a work out before I go and consume a days worth of calories in a single meal. The setup for inside is terrible. It’s the worst designed Chipotle I have ever seen. You walk in and there’s the station /line in front of you but between the winding line of customers and the line to make the burritos there’s just a giant Island with stools. So potentially there are people sitting and eating with other customers standing behind them, breathing over their necks, and eyeballing their food. Who thought that would be a good idea? Then the space to the right is lines with stools and a counter on the wall as well as some two and four person table tops. There’s also some seating outside. It’s always crowded so you may have to wait or awkwardly stand for a few minutes. As for the food, it’s standard Chipotle. No, it’s not going to be an authentic Mexican cantina, but if you’ve done your research, you’d know that. And yes, many different ethnicities and even types of people like Chipotle. I’ve seen moms in yoga pants, guys in overly baggy jeans, a guy with a gun holstered to his faded jeans, parents and kids, even interracial couples. So if you that’s not your thing, you might want to skip it. The staff has always been friendly and competent. Very good about making sure food is restocked, moving people along, and filling online orders in between in person customers. Overall, a fine location if you’re willing to deal with the crowd and parking.
