I rented here twice before with no issues. I visited before I started renting to make sure that they could handle the on time request that I demand.
The latest rental was a disaster. The vehicle was not onsite at arrival and did not show up until an hour later. When it did it was filthy and had to be vacuumed. Plus I was charged over double the rate I rented before. Another thing, a 12 passenger van means 11 passengers and a driver. They add it as a 12 passenger van it is not, only 11.

Do not go here! I am reconsidering Avis altogether at this point. I rented a SUV from this location that was dirty. It was within 10 minutes of them closing and the only SUV they had available at all, so I took it. It then had issues with acceleration, tire pressure and the windshield wipers, (of course I was driving through rain when it happened). I had to exchange the car for a different one through the roadside assistance. Now at the end of the rental several weeks later, they are charging me for cleaning it. What a rip off.
