This place is absolute BBQ nirvana. The ribs are succulent and tasty dry rub with an option for wet sauce. Brisket is peppery and smoky with just the right amount of fat. And the pulled pork is meaty, fatty and not swimming in too much bbq sauce. Side we as expected. The mac and cheese has a good deep flavor of cheese and the corn bread was home made goodness. The whole place is drenched in lots of cowboy theme on the walls and stainless steel in the open kitchen. It blows away Winklers hands down even though they had better greens. The best thing Porky’s has is their wings. Not only do they have several sauces but they smoked their wings too! Underlying flavor of smoke was in every wing. We order 100 every football Sunday. I heard the worst news ever. Porky’s was sold to another person who only took 8 months to kill a good business. What a real shame. This area needed a good BBQ restaurant. I hope the old owner opens up again somewhere else.
