This is better than the location in RTP by NC54. Had dinner here on a week day night and it was empty pretty much the entire evening. Just a few pick up orders. Service was slow. Our server didn’t seem to care much about our table. I would not dine in here again, for delivery/pick up it might be OK. One of the other servers was sleeping in a booth by the corner. I know it is Pizza Hut and not a Michelin star dining establishment, but common still. Pizza and wings were of acceptable quality and what you would expect.

This is where the food comes from when I order delivery. They have managed to screw up 9 of the last 11 orders. I wonder if they hire people who can read here? The manager never tries to make right. Avoid at all costs.

Had three pizza’s last night for 6 people. The 4 of 6 people who ate turned up sick throwing up or with diarrhea. My wife went back to the store to make them aware & not only was the manager not interested, but received no apology. That was for sure my families last trip to support this local franchise.

Not sure what the bad reviews were about. I ordered take out by phone and they were prompt and courteous. 20 minutes later the large order was ready and once again the cashier was very polite and even confirmed that the order was correct. No complaints from 7 people who ate the hot/fresh pizza. We will definitely be back!

As good as it gets. I haven’t had my pizza delivered from here. But I have done pickups. I have never had issues with my order yet(touchwood).

Just moved in to Morrisville one month back. At first when I was looking for Pizza Hut, i read the reviews and decided to not go here. But today I thought of going here, I ordered online using a deal and reached to pickup. As I entered I saw my name and time for delivery on screen. Though the time was little off than shown online(by 5 – 10 mins) Place was clean, many people were coming to pickup. I thought to give feedback if this can help them not losing the customers.

Very poor Pizza Hut. PH website had a deal for free chez stix with your first online order — this location did not accept that deal. This location is very shady as mgr would not honor deal. I would not recommend that you spend any money at the Morrisville, N.C. Pizza Hut. Go to Papa Johns or any other reputable local establishment.

When I say this is the worse example of what management is supposed to be, and how an establishment should NOT be run, I literally mean it. The manager Deborah has no idea how to use the computers or work the ordering system. I went last night to order pizza for my family and I waited a total of 1 hours and 30 minutes for my food. I would have left if I didn’t already pay and hadn’t already invested 45 mins of my time waiting for my food. Let me list what went wrong: 1.) When I arrived the phone was ringing for literally 30 minutes before one of the workers(unknown name) begrudgingly answered while mumbling that she didn’t care if it got answered or not. 2.)The manger was joking with her employees and being totally inappropriate while customers were waiting on their food. After Deborah(the assistant manager) realized there were 10 angry people in her lobby she started yelling at the 2 cooks and getting attitudes with them, when honestly they couldn’t do anything because she scheduled only two people to be in the WHOLE restaurant that night. 3.) A driver came in after me waiting for 15mins to even place my order and he started bossing Deborah around, and taking orders, checking on the kitchen, and apologizing to customers, she didn’t even know how to log in so he could take the orders and he had to figure it out on his own.(Honestly, he should be the one wearing the mangers shirt. 4.)While I was waiting one of the customers came in after ordering online because she said it displayed a 9pm arrival time when she ordered at 7pm. She had a confirmation that she had paid and wanted a refund after hearing everyone’s woes but the manager wouldn’t give her a refund because her system displayed it was not paid and prices didn’t match. Even I knew that the prices didn’t match because she ordered it online and there is a delivery fee attached to the order. 5.) While I was sitting in the lobby waiting, Deborah came out and asked who was next and I asked where my pizza was because it had been an hour since I ordered. She asked my name and went to the back and she returned to the front to look for my order on the computer she said she couldn’t find it and one of the workers from the back came and told her it wasn’t on the system in the back, then the cook(Tina) asked what I ordered and Deborah proceeded to say«I don’t know she just came in and sat down.» after I clearly ordered and paid for my food an hour prior. This is where I told her that I had ordered, paid and had been waiting for over an hour for my food, and also she actually spoke to me while I was trying to order because she had to log on to let the driver place my order. Deborah huffed and walked walked away. 6.) Tina one of the cooks came out later to ask my order she said she found it it was ready but there were no breadsticks at the moment and asked if I wanted something else to replace it i told i just wanted my money back. She apologized and I proceeded to tell her I was sorry that Deborah was her manager. She proceeded to say me too. She made sure my order was correct and also made sure I was compensated by telling Deborah to give me a full refund and she upgraded my pizza to stuffed crust and I also got the breadsticks. 7.) Almost everyone who was waiting either walked out after asking for a refund, didn’t even bother to order, or received a full refund plus their order. Includig the two people who were waiting before me. So I basically watched this business give away free pizzas for an hour and a half and I know it had to happen several times after I left because the phone was still ringing off the hook and Deborah was still frazzled when I left. Tina and Miles should be the ones wearing the blue manger shirts at this location. Deborah shouldn’t even be working at all as it seems her brain is not even in this realm of reality, she is in another world completely. Don’t order pizza from here… just don’t. Oh and I forgot to add several of the people who were waiting had«credits» for free pizza because the same incident happened the previous times they ordered from this location. Just don’t do it, go to their other location in Cary or Durham if you really want some Pizza Hut. Otherwise, I would just use Rosati’s across the street, they may not be cheaper, but at least they have decent customer service.

Usually I’m not one to do a lot of reviews on big chains, but I find myself coming here on my recent experiences with this new Pizza Hut delivery location in Morrisville. I’ve been disappointed, to get directly to the point. If your service is based on delivery, then it better… well…deliver on that service. Each time I have used this particular location, it just hasn’t come across. I have ordered using my Pizza Hut iPhone app, and have been given an email confirmation of my order and a time of delivery estimated. This time has not been a good estimation of when to expect the pizza. The last time in particular, it was far from accurate. After 45 minutes of missing the projected mark, I call the location more than once and each time there is no answer/no voicemail. I get in my car and find I have to go get my pizza(after confirming both that I had selected home delivery, which I had, and checking the delivery time again). My pizza was indeed there at the Pizza Hut delivery location, and just about to be taken out for delivery. I acquired it, asked for my 2 liter drink I had ordered as well, and paid for the products. The pizza unfortunately was not piping hot after this extended wait, so it had been sitting there for a bit I would venture. The second star though is for the food itself, the pizza itself was good once I did finally have it in my hands and warming it back up. I find myself wondering why if the establishment has both my email and phone number, why I was not informed of such a long delay? I think I would be ok if I just knew that I should expect a wait for my pizza. Bottom line: Very disappointing delivery service. The pizza itself is good quality, but the delivery service itself is not dependable according to their estimated time of delivery given at order placement. Reporting delays to the customers would be one way to try to avoid customer disappointment in the future.
