I was looking for someone to come out to my office and help fix a problem that we were having with our fax machine. After searching online I called MachineFix to help resolve the problem. I was told that for $ 150 someone would come out to my location to diagnose and work to fix the problem for 1 hour. After the serviceman looked over the machine for 48 minutes I was told that I needed a new machine. All that was done to help fix the problem was to push a button that resets to factory default. Although I had agreed to pay and honor my obligation, I do not feel that this company honored what they stated. I hope you think twice before using this company.
