KFC

I was craving HOT CHICKEN after my trip to Nashville, TN and decided to give the KFC «Spicy Chicken» a shot. It was tender, fresh, and juicy but nothing compared to the real thing. Good try KFC.
Would had given it a 2 star but customer service was poor. –1

HORRIBLE SERVICE… to the chick that said she gave us potato wedges with the chicken tender 5 dollar fill up because it comes with that… YALL NEED TO TAKE THE SIGN OFF OF THE DRIVE THRU AND OFF OFF THE WEBSITE which clearly shows MASHED POTATOES WITH GRAVY… how dare you say I need to pay 1.50 for these nasty azz instant potatoes… and then another .50 for gravy… and get some Finger Lickin Good sauce… talking about yall ran out… horrible service… and horrible food… get some people that actually wanna serve customers…

Wow others agree to give 1 star. Some employees wouldn’t know what a smile was if it hit them in the face. Unfriendly, sloppy food and a very slow drive through.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. There were no lights in the lot so I had to use my flashlight pen to get from my car to the door and again when leaving. The staff were very indifferent. My order was wrong after waiting a long time. The food was hot but tasted very old as if it were sitting in a warmer all day. Tables, counters, and floors were dirty. Will never be returning.
**update** — my son and I have both gotten sick from this food. We have been vomiting through the night. My wife has not so I figure it is from the mash potatoes which both my son and I had eaten. I will be sending a complaint to the headquarters.

I will never even look at this place again. It’s nasty the staff is rude and nothing looks clean right down to the staff.
Working in food service I can see this place is a breeding ground for bacteria.
Sitting in the drive thru I seen they dropped a pan of chicken picked it up and then put it in the hot box to be served.

I wish I wasn’t so used to Ca Taco Bells. I only stop here when I’m STARVING and have no other options before class
Apparently in NC, they’re not as popular and you can totally tell. The employees are apathetic, ignorant/​inexperienced and often rude… then again they’ll probably be striking any day now for more money… and if granted they’ll snap out of it and be awesome right!

Normally the people are friendly. Slow but friendly. Today, the manager was really rude. She got my order wrong, and told me that I was the one wrong. Just bad service all around. I told all my co workers about it and they were not surprised.

This place is sllllllooooooowwwww. Also don’t order anything complex (# of items) to go. You will be frequently missing items. Other than that, the foods ok.

Nothing wrong with this place, but nothing impressive about it either. I stopped in for a quick bite on the way to the airport. I noticed that the food seemed to be slightly more expensive than Taco Bell locations in Texas but I’m not sure if that is just this place or if that’s the prices in North Carolina. I didn’t have any issues with the service like some of the other Unilocalers did, my food came out in a timely fashion. Oh… they don’t take Discover.

Unfortunately, my visit echoes what the others have said.
The service was okay (they did not seem cheerful behind the counter), but they messed up my order. I went in during lunchtime and there wasn’t a line behind me (not crowded at all — NOW I know why!!!), so you’d think they’d have time to get everything right. Placed my carry out order. Drove back to my house, opened up the box and…
They messed up my order and shorted me an item.
From what other people have posted, this is the worst KFC! What I don’t like, is that yes, I probably could go back and tell them how they messed up and they’d give me what I paid for, but then I’d have to go out of my way back over there.
I’ve been to other KFCs and have been satisfied with their service and the food, just not this one.

Terrible service. Pure confusion behind the counter. Yes we have 8 extra crispy, no we don’t can I offer you half regular and half crispy? It will be 18 minutes to drop another batch. Sorry, we don’t have enough biscuits, can I substitute… it will be 14 minutes for biscuits.
All this after waiting a while for someone to take my order. How can this franchise survive if they don’t have enough food prepared? I’m talking about 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. There were at least four customers behind me.
Got my money back and went across the street to Bojangles. In and out real quick, competent staff over there.

OK so taco bell is taco bell — right — well almost right.
A couple of things that just pi**es me off about this place.
Slow — damn slow. I don’t know what the people making the food are doing but they wouldn’t last a day working in a California Taco bell.
burrito — You really need to read the taco bell manual on this. The burrito shouldn’t be wrapped up into a little package that’s smaller than my hand — and yes I’ve been here multiple times and you keep doing it every time.
The tacos — Lettuce — its SUPPOSED to be in the taco. WTF?
The only upside is that the cashiers are always pleasant.
