I hired BlueBox to do my wedding photography and videography. I paid $ 400 as a down payment and the rest was not due until 2 weeks before the wedding. Well, sadly, 3 months before the wedding my fiancé walked out on me (with all of my savings account). Between hiring them and him walking out I made a $ 500 payment. When I informed them about cancelling the wedding I asked how to go about getting any kind of refund. They then informed me that I owe them a cancellation fee. So I have to pay more money for a service they will not be rendering. Then I proceeded to get 2 emails a day every day until I paid them, even after I explained that he left will all my money. They were rude and inconsiderate.
